Received a call on my cell phone. Very irritating!

Received a call from 800.657.9309 but couldn't understand what she was saying.  I asked what the call was in regards to, she didn't answer so I just hung up.  I hate these calls!

I too received a call from 200 657-9309 but i didn't get to speak with them. They did leave the company name of BROADBAND INTERNATIONAL. So far thats all I know though.

Just received a blank call from this outfit.  Tried calling them back and got some girl with a thick, not-understandable accent.  When I told her to remove my number from their canned-calling list, she hung up on me.  I made two more tries, and got no answer at all.

I also received this number and cann't understand what did she said at all.

I kept receiving calls from 800-657-9309. I called it back and they said the company name was "The Digital Service Specialist" I asked the person on the other end of the phone what name of the company was. She said it is "Broadband National". She said they are located in Vera Beach Florida. She told me they are affiliated to Time Warner, AT & T DSL, and others. Third party as such. I received these calls after searching the internet for high speed DSL. I didn't ask these people to call me they just started calling. it was really hard to understand her. She is from Saint Lucia I believe that is what she said

I must have received almost 4-6 calls per day from this number almost for a week now. Guess what I never picked up their call. After reading all this I feel I did a good job.

this number calls all the time and if I finally do answer, NO ONE is there!

Answered phone and couldn't understand what we were "eligible" for...thick accent so my daughter hung up. (they called our cell phone!!)

So far received about 8 calls from this number but leaves no voicemail. This all started after going on the web Time Warner/Road Runner for info on their deals?

this number calls us on a daily basis, most days 2 or 3 times a day, and when I answer, it sounds like someone hangs up.  I cannot call this number back, I only get a recording that says this call cannot be completed as dialed.  I wish someone would stop this number from harrassing so many people.

Just signed up with comcast.  I bet they gave my number to someone, I better call and complain.

This number has called twice today. Yesterday, I was checking out ISPs and broadband offers and suspect it has to do with that after reading the other posts on the number.

multiple calls yesterday and today, all hung up before i could even get to my phone.  no VM.  i called back, asked for the supervisor, got both the rep and the supervisor's names, got oral guarantees that my number's been taken off the list, and am waiting for the next time they call me so i can report them.

they keep calling and then hang up when you answer... no message is left..

Getting call from this no. 3 times a days. No Voice mail. When I call this no. back got a recording for Digital Service Specialist

This company is a 3rd party way to research internet. It is them who constantly calls you..

Not only are they breaking the law, they are breaching their contract with the companies they are representing.

Checking satellite internet prices(Hughes) had to enter my phone number. Checked one of their sister sites with my partner's number. 1-2 calls each day from this number with no VM.. 6 calls so far between the two of us.

My phone automatically rejects unknown numbers. After the second call I called just to listen to "digital service specialists." Besides it being illegal to call cell phones for telemarketing, both numbers are on the DNC list.

Plan on contacting both Hughes and DSS(Attempted today, saturday, to leave a message but it hangs up on you when you should get the 'tone')


BBB should look into service providers such as comcast, qwest, hughes, etc selling phone numbers to telemarketing companies like this.

I went to the website to inquire about broadband internet with comcast, I am on the no call list. I immediately began gettig hang up calls from this number. I called Comacast and told them the number and explained that the number was calling me and it had better stop. She told me we wouldn't call you because you are on the no call list. I told her there were dozens of people on the internet commplainiong of the same problem. That they had better stop this immediatley or I would cancel my cable. It stopped because they knew it could result in a lawsuit due to the no call list and It was their number. Good Luck All. Call them and tell them to stop.

Got a call from 800-657-9309, regularly, they call, I answer and they hang up.  I call back, they hang up.

I called back and talked to a representative.  Since I had inquired about broadband service online for an area in which I am about to move, this was a call back to try to sell me service in my area.  I told them that I had already obtained service and she said that she would take my number off the list.
