called me every once while saying they are humana provider. call back they not call back

They call every once in a while. Some rep leaves his/her name and extension. I call back and not once have I gotten the rep. So I leave a message and never get a call back from the rep. They just call again (some different rep) once in a while and the circle continues.

IF you gave them your credit card numbers, call the card company immediately!!!!!  Report this as a fraudulent charge and watch out for other unknown charges to that account.

called left a message to reply by calling this number.  She said her name is Betty and she is with Humana. We returned the call with an automated opt to receive a free medical alert system or to receive 150.00 in rebates for any retail business.  They wanted to charge 1.95 fee and asked for our visa acct number.  After opting out , it stated, it appears that we are not interested in these fabulous offers and to seek assistance, call 1-800-???? . I hung up and listened once again to the answere machine message.  She definitely stated her name was Betty and she was calling from Humana.  At this point, I will call Humana as this seems a bit suspicious.  This 800 number does not state Humana when you call it.

That's a call from a Humana Medicare rep, usually a nurse.
