Just like Nikki's call. Got a call from Heather at Medical and Dental Division of Visa and Mastercard Processing. Wanted to set up a time for her local rep, Kevin Fisher to come and discuss new mandated forms we are required to use because we are a medical practice and not 100% retail. She said when Kevin came, the owner of the practice had to be on premises and we also had to provide Kevin with our most recent merchant services statement so he could compare our rates. I set up an appointment and got her number to call back in case there were any problems with one of the "owners" being available. Called the number back to cancel and the person who answered said "Merchant Services" Sounds like SCAM to me.

just got a call from Heather stating this was her # and her extension was 2028. She only wanted to talk with the doctor about these new special mandated forms he was entitled to...really....

Retriever Merchant Services. A HORRIBLE company with bad rates, exhorbitant hidden fees, bossy/pushy sales reps that will lie and say anything to get your business. If they call you or show up at your place of business run, don't walk away.
