verizon illegally charged me while i was deployed in ground combat.(soldiers and sailors act) today i want to buy a house but can't because verizon refuses to erase these charges and so does this company "first revenue " .

harrassing calls all hours day and night, for some one we dont even know, very rude , they say what they want and hang up only to keep calling back hang ups . we turn off phones at night. very rude people.

We continue to get annoying phone calls from 800 681 5823 and they are unwanted.  "They" called early this morning and there was recording on the other end.  These people ought to be not able to continue to do this kind of annoying calling.

Got an automatic call asking me to call back and reference an account number.  Called back to see who it was.  When I asked the name of the company they disconnected the call.  Did some more research on the internet.  Discovered that this number belonge to a company called "First Revenue Assurance" who is a collection agency.  They have several complaints for questionable collection activity.  BE CAREFUL!

I keep getting calls from 800-681-5823, 602-713-1817, & 800-452-8054.  I do not answer them.  This is a debt collector.  I am in the midst of a dispute with AT&T.  At first I tried to explain this.  I even asked them in writing to stop harassing me.  It's just gotten worse.  My current number is not listed and I don't know how they even got it.  From what I've read on the net they are a sleazy company.  All this has done is make me even angrier at AT&T.

When they cannot reach me they call all the lines in my office pestering the people in my office by calling and telling them to hang up if they are not  ................ me I am tired of them.  I am going to tell all the employees to call our County attorney every time they get a call.  Because they have overstepped their boundaries and bothering other people.

Turn it over to your attorney anyway, he will find them.

I received a call from this number with a message that if I was person (such, and such) to press 1.  If I was not then press 2.  A week later (today) I received a call again.  No message was left.  I call the number to talk with a phone employee.  She was extremely rude.  I ask what the company was and why I was getting called.  She replied, "We are First Revenue Assurance."  She said she needed a telephone number to help me further.  I wanted to know what the company does.  She would not answer until I gave her a phone number.  I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor.  She again stated that she would not help until I gave her a phone number first as they are a company that deals in a lot of "stuff."  I then again asked what the purpose of the company is.  She then said she would not help me and ended the call abruptly.  Extremely bad service!

Check w. your phone service.  I am on Wowway in Michigan, which is cable, internet, and phone.
When I called them with this problem they gave me directions to "block" this phone number.
This phone company allows you to block up to 5 numbers for free. Good luck.

Same thing here -asking for person who hasn't lived here. I called their number to ask them
to stop calling, etc, and they hung up on me.  They are calling 3 times a day. I am on the Do Not Call
list but it doesn't seem to matter.

This company has called me 6 times in the last 3 days about a bill I know nothing about.  But they will not send me anything in the mail to prove I owe it.  A previous reporter said they only collect from Verizon, but my Verison bill is current.  If they keep it up I will find the company and turn the information over to my attorney for a suit for harrassment.

I received numerous phone calls/messages from them and there was never anyone with the name they were looking for at my number. VERY AGGRAVATING!!!
