Very annoying.  Calling 2 and 3 times daily.  Never answering when you pick up the phone.  Never identifying who they are.  Extremely tired of this.  Wish there was something someone could do.

I get a call from these people 3-5 times a week. It's very frustrating. I have never been at all involved with any credit services.

WHO CAN STOP THESE CALLS ?         Some federal group needs to step in on them.

they call my office --- my relatives and me  4x a week or more

   PLEASE take note -- and let the FBI or Attorney General office for your state investigate./

HELP on this scam call.           They call daily and say NOTHING.

I just received a recorded call on Sunday 08/03/08 at 4:21PM. The recording said it is calling to collect and debt from a person they named. There is no one by that name at my number. I called back a few minutes later to let them know they have a wrong number only to end up with a recording that the office is closed. I left them a message to remove my number from their calling list. I will call them again to remind them if they call again.

Received this call @ 10:27 AM in Los Angeles Ca 90022. Never heard of the number. Didn't leave message at all. Called back to the number, machine answers saying it is the "Bay Area Credit Service" 4th call in two days period. Very annoying. I haven't actually had a chance to answer the phone call because I am still sleeping at this time!!!

If the debt collector is calling you at work, you can tell them that you can not accept personal phone calls at work, it could cause you to loose your job.....you can then explain to them that under the FDCPA (Fair debt collection practices act) once they are notified that a number is an inconvenient place to get phone calls (i.e. work) they must stop contacting you there.

Just got another call from them, this time they actually left a message, most of which was unintelligible. Needless to say, I won't be calling them.

Just got a call from them, when I answered all I heard was a dial tone, then hung up on. I called the number back and discovered it's Bay Area Credit Service.

someone with a nigerian accent left a message which was a conversation with someone else in the same room he was in.  there was laughing and joking. apparently he didn't know that he was still in an active call. these calls are bothersome. i think these employees are making calls and not caring what happens just so they meet their quota of calls so they get paid.

Calls over and over.  No one on the line when I answer.  Calls every day at 5:30PM Central time.

My number is not listed and on the Do Not Call register for US and Texas!  So much for the DNC Register.  What a joke!

Woman calling over and over again at my office, harrassing me. No matter what I say she won't stop threatening me.

Automated introduction identified the number beign from Bay Area Credit Services, but the woman who answered said "Superior Asset Management."  They were calling regarding a matter that I settled with them months ago.

In May 2008, when I paid the bill,  the representatives for Superior Asset Management were verbally abusive, but the woman who I talked to (this time) was very nice.  I will be getting a paid in full letter upon my sending in a written request for one.
