That's nothing...I finished school in 1955 and never had a loan in the first place but they still call

They leave a recorded message at my house. I have never had student loans, paid for my education each semester. They don't say who they are calling for why would I call them back?

I have never had student loans and they call.  What a waste of their resources!

I keep getting calls from Allied Interstate, they are not called multiple times a day but when I do answer, they hang up. I am on the "do not call list." I am filing a complaint because they had no real reason to call me.

Care to tell us who this caller is, or are you just as full of BS as they are?

You can't stop him to call. You think if we tell him to stop calling, will he stop? If you want him to stop, you should report this number to ......( you know who )

This number calls me all the time in the morning and at night everyday.Just dont pick up the phone. Let him call. He can call as many as he wants, i just ignore it. Doesnt bother me at all. I like to listen my ringtone. OK, Mr. 8007150395, if you listen or read this message, i want you to know that you can call me as many as you want, its fun to listen my phone ringtone hahahaha!!!  got it?

I HAVE HAD IN EXCESS OF 100 CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER (800-702/0395). WE ARE IN OUR 70,S & DON,T OWE ANYBODY-HAVE LIVED HERE OVER 20 YEARS WITH SAME PH. NUMBER- HAVE A CALL BLOCKER NOW- THIS NUMBER WILL SHOW UP ON MY PH, & RING ONCE &THEN IS DISCONNECTED. STILL A PAIN IN THE A** TO THINK THESE COMPANIES CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS.  WOULD LOVE TO JOIN A CLASS ACTION.

Refuse to tell me what kind of Company they are. She was Rude and Kept repeating Allied LLC. I asked her 3 times to identify the Company and All 3 times she repeated the Name of the Company.  

I agree... I've dealt with this company and several others of its ilk.  All of them know they are violating the law by harassing non-debtors, robocalling cell phones, etc., and are just taking a calculated risk that you aren't going to sue them.  If you make one mention of hiring a lawyer, they go crawling back under the woodwork and you will never hear from them again.

Tell them the next time they call you intend to file a complaint against them with the Department of Education and take legal action for violations of the TCPA and FDCPA for harassing a non-debtor if the calls do not stop.

This number calls continuously but I am not the person they are looking for.  When I tell them they have the wrong number they just hang up.  Real professional. Apparently reporting them does not work, just read the other comments.

This is indeed a collection agency for student loans.  I received many calls from this number.  I finally answered the call.  They were actually looking for someone else.  They removed me from their list.  I have not received any more calls.  This worked for me, maybe it will work for you.

OMG. I get phone calls right at 8 am from an unknown number and then 2 minutes later I get a call from 800-715-0395. It goes on about 6 times a day 7 days a week until about 8 pm then it stops, at least until 8 am the next morning. I can set my watch by the first call. Damn annoying.

They call me 10 times a day. They say they are a collection agency and are looking for Ms. Kxxxxxx Mxxxx.
They still call every day even though I told them they have the wrong phone number.

We have been getting a number of calls daily from this number but when we answer there is no one there, just hang up's.  it shows that this number is a collection number for Student Loans?  We are in our 70's and have never had a student loan! We want to stop getting hang-up calls from this number.

Date July 30 2013 :   just to update this number is still calling as of today.......i have at least over 20 calls a week from them. and no i dont owe the mmoney or anything. i did not apply to start school so im not looking for aid or whatever hey are calling for hey never leave a message

We keep getting calls from them the thing is we have at least two mores b4 we finish school we may even go on to graduate school. We do not have outstanding loans.

This post is dated 2007, date now 2013 and this company is still calling.  Nothing has been nor will be done to stop them.  People are wasting their time and energy.  No student loans outstanding as I finished college in 1958.

12 twelve dang calls in one day no message. If they want to talk to someone about a bill why can't they leave a message   I called them back they want my number. Why u have caller if u have it now! Stop freaking calling me my number is prepaid. I don't owe allied a dang thing !!!

No message. If I ove student loans why couldn't they tell me what schoolyard account number at that school and be willing to send me a statement in the mail! Why couldn't I pay the school or add school name to payment and school account ?something just not right? If I paid school why can't they get their fees for collection from them?? If I owe school why can't school find it in their system? All guestions to ask them? Also get you a free credit report. Is it off your credit ?or charged off your credit? If you owe them it will be there.  Last but not least.   DONOT SAY YES IN ANYWAY if you speak to them. U ask the guestions and avoid the yes word! You will owe them they will restart your obligation to the loan.

I would like them to stop calling my home.

I had defaulted on my student loan, and it was sent to Allied Interstate to handle a loan rehabilitation. I paid them instead of the Dept of Ed for 9 months, with no late payments and then it was sent back to the Dept of Ed. It has been one month since then and now I am getting calls from Allied Interstate again, minimum of 3-4 times a day saying that I still owe them money. I also got a letter in the mail today stating that I owe them the entire balance of my student loan... OVER $18,000!!!

So tired of dealing with them.

More than 24 calls (that I know of) in 6 days, though it has been going on for months and month.  They usually hang up when I answer; never leave a message when I don't.  Today the man asked for a close relative who has no debts and wanted a "forwarding number".  I asked why and was told they could not tell me, it was "personal".  I then told them that I could not give them a forwarding number without knowing why.
