When I try to block this call, I am told I am dialing a wrong number by ATT. I think they are a company that pretends to find missing or unclaimed money.

I live in an apartment building and got a call from a TENANT NEXT DOOR asking for me from this number!! This is outrageous!! Even if it might be some bill collector they have no right to call and harass neighbors. Unbelievable!! I am going to find a way to report these people to some authority and if I do find such a contact I will post it here.

I've had 2 calls a day for the past 3 days, one of which was at 9:30 p.m.! I didn't answer and no message was left. Just says "toll free service" on my Caller ID.
