asking for the wrong person

I guess it Is some kind of collection agency. I called back and they were looking for someone who must have had my cell phone number previously.

Call from that number. Transcript:
My name is Leslie Andrews. This is neither a sales nor a solicitation. Mr XXXX this is in reference to a personal business matter. That's on my desk. I do need to speak with you. Please contact me at. 1(800) 829-7204 again. This is Lesley. Andrews. My number is 1(800) 829-7204.

Called twice same night.  First time was an automated message saying "This is not a phone solicitation..."  I hung up right away.  The second call a lady asked if this was the W***** residents.  I said it isn't, it's the S*******'s.  But she didn't let me finish before she hung up, cause she asked for my wife's maiden name.  So I called back and asked them what they wanted and why they were calling.  She said we weren't in the system when I gave them my wife's maiden name again.  Doesn't make any sense.

They keep calling, automated, ask for my son (who is in the army now).  When we say we are my son(by hitting 1), they play bad music for a while then say we cannot access your information and hang up.  this has been going on for a month now.
