In case you couldn't tell by the volume of my posts, I am a little frustrated.  You can find this number all over the internet if you do a quick google search.  I just found a decent post that has a lot of the same info I just posted:

Same deal, signed up for Jobs.com or a subsidiary and now getting non-stop calls.  Has anyone tried changing the number in their account to a dummy number?

I've asked this person (or people) to stop calling me several times and they continue to call me. That's illegal. The number is "disconnected" whenever I try to call back.

I submitted a resume to a job search website yesterday, and start receiving calls like this! This is the third number that they use to call me and don't leave any message, so annoying!

Repeated calls from this number, they ask for my husband, who has told them to stop calling he wasn't interested and to take his number off their system. They continue to call.

It is a result of posting a résumé on job.com they called and tried to sell me a course told them was not interested and I continued to get calls that's were not answered on their end and when I tried calling back to ask them to stop calling the same disabled number message. They have other numbers they call from and it's quite frustrating ! I finally answered one and spoke to someone and asked them to stop harassing me. I've also blocked the numbers fr my cell phone . Unfortunaltey you have to enter a number on job.c website and I was stupid to use my cell number thinking it would be for potential employment. Block them they're horrible!

At least 3 times a week I receive a call from this number, no message is left.
I have tried to return the call, but I get a message that says this number is not is service.

This appears to be SPAM and they are relentless about calling, and I finally told the guy to quit calling me. A lady called from the same number earlier today, therefore I am reporting this to my carrier and let them deal with this issue. I believe it is a broker for a diploma mill rather than a legitimate employment service. Unfortunately, you can't make nice with this bunch.

I thought I was entering my information to a possible job listing. But these people got my info. Now they call several times some days. It's as though they don't want to give you a chance to tell them to take you off the call list. As soon as you say you're not interested the line goes dead. I found myself talking to a phone with nobody on the other end. They just rudely hang up on you.

I texted something to them today that I will not post here. You can't even call them back and ask to be removed. You just get some weird message that hangs up on you.

I am staying with my brother who is currently unemployed and job hunting. His land line's been getting lots of calls from this number but the last time he answered there was no one on the line. When the phone rang just now and he was out I decided to answer it myself; there was a delay of several seconds (which may explain why he thought there was no one there yesterday) and then a woman asked for him by name. When I told her he was out and asked if I could take a message she told me to tell him she was from the "education center" and would be following up with him. I asked her if he would know what this was regarding and she said Yes. I sent him a text and he replied that he may have clicked on the wrong thing when he was searching online; he hasn't posted a resume yet on job.com but has been getting daily emails from some sites.

I told him that if he didn't want any more calls from them to tell them that next time they called, then if they call again he can report them to the Do Not Call registry.

I keep getting phone calls all day from this phone number, when I pick it up nobody says anything, and when I try to call back, it says it can't make the call. The one time someone did talk on the other end, I told them to take me off the call list and she hung up on me. Thank you.

This Number has called me 3 times in a day, I don't pick up unknown numbers, even if it is a job offer, if they want to talk to me they will leave a message, but they haven't left one so I'm Not answering... if they call and I actually do pick up because of me getting annoyed They won't hear the END OF IT

This Company is solid harassment. Calls hangs up, Coughs as a message. I believe this company is connected with Job.com.
They pass your information on to these sleeze balls. I never had a problem like this until I put information into Job.Com
