so they like to war dial just called my house 5 times in a row no joke picked up twice they gave me a hard time so i hung up they called right back. im reporting them to the FCC for war dialing and harassment

If they are violating any of these laws, contact the Federal Trade Commission, State Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau, and file a complaint...

These are the most annoying calls. They call looking for some name that you cant even understand. Calls come in 2-3 times a day at all different times.

They are starting to call me now, the number comes in as 8602 calling, I am certainly not calling a**holes

There is a five year statue of limitations on unsecured dept collection.

We get at least twice a week a call from this number. It is exasperating. Can't this stop.

Continual harassed by this number.
I'm sure it's on an automatic dialer multiple times a week.

called every day and left msg  if you are not leibert nathan do not listen to msg,  no such person reside at this address,  do not call my tele any more, i am going to report u for harrasment.

These guys will come after you and will take you to court. They are very nasty. If you don't go to court they will get a civil arrest warrant. If you do call them they will be very rude. They will also refuse to send you the paperwork that proves that any debt was correctly assigned to them and will tell  you that "That is in court papers you have to come to court"
Interestingly the last time I got a call from them I sent an auto text message - and it went through so tyhey are not even calling from a landline.....

They keep calling my number as well and leaving messages from a person I don't know. I called to tell them that they have the wrong number. I kept being put on hold so finally I gave up. I filed an E complaint with the
Attorney Generals office and I suggest you all do the same!

just lots of static for about 30 seconds which will make me hang  up.

Even if you don't pickup the robo call, they will fill the bandwidth of your voicemail

A few calls from (800)-743-8602 have been picked up by my answering machine and a recording plays ... We'll count to three and if you stay on the line you agree that you are John Doe ... 1, 2, 3. OK, John Doe, you probably don't want to have this conversation overheard so we'll count to three so you can get us off of speakerphone ... 1, 2, 3. Etc. Etc Etc.

I have a lot of call from theses people they tell me to gave my name and social to make sure ten are calling the right people. I are the crazy. No name or social if you say to are talking to the right peson my do yo need a name or social.

I do not know them. I told them they had the wrong number.. They keep calling, and calling and calling. I have put in a complaint with the FCC.

Don't talk to these vultures. They aren't interested in a conversation anyway. They are just calling to harass you. This is how they get the weak to pay up. Be strong and make them put their money where their mouth is. Make them file a full blown lawsuit if they want their money. Then file bankruptcy and laugh at them for all the work they did for nothing. Call them repeatedly and rub it in that they got nothing for all that work they did. Then laugh and laugh and laugh. Then call them again. Give them a taste of their own medicine.

The Law Office of Lustig, Glaser and Wilson, PC keeps calling daily with the message for some "Karen".  I don't know who she is.  No Karen lives on my street. I tried to call them, was waiting for long time for a representative, finally I was able to talk to a representative.  He did say he would take my number of the list.  We will see.

I have had them calling me. When they told me they wanted to collect a debt I asked for who. They said they bought it off and have no idea. Umm sorry give me the info before I give you my money.

for a while now we've been receiving a pre-recorded call for an unknown individual. the instruction is to hang up if we are not that particular individual. tried hanging up as instructed only to have them call back. tried calling the number registered on caller-id with no luck. held on - waiting to get some information to go on to contact them and the pre-recorded voice stated that by not hanging up i confirmed that i was that person. the number calling was 800-743-8602 and i had no clue as to just who they were. the caller company name i found on line with people having a similiar problem
