They call numerous times a day but when i answer they hang up. When i call back it says we will be with you shortly thank you for holding,  i have been on hold for over 15 minutes to see who or what this is.

Got a call in regard to my daughter and now it is Wanda Helms and they would not tell me who they where with, turning them over to the BBB to check them out.

Why is this person calling my mothers phone number

They called immediantly asking for me, my birthdate, social security number, and bank routing number and would not tell me why.  I said no and she said it was a medical bill I owe Money that I  know has already been paid. Extremely rude and unprofessional not giving anyone access to my bank account over the phone ever. Period. Then she starts harassing me when I say no. They already called extremely early and woke me up. So I got ghetto with her until she got mad and hung up.

Got a call early this morning from 800-754-1975 wanting my daughter who does not live here or anywhere near and has a different last name.  Don't know how they made the connection.  I gave no info, said I would pass the name (Cynthia Lawton ((sp?))) and number along.

I did.  My daughter googled, found this site.

We are both reporting them to the Arkansas Attorney General.  I also called that number and told them I was reporting them.

Asked if this was ________, if my last 4 digits of my social security number was _______ and I refused to give this over the phone unless they told me who they were and they refused so I hung up.

this # is to the first collection services. they called me about a medical bill that my insurance didnt pay all of. Turns out that from a $3000 dollar ct scan my insurance paid all but $300. St. Vincent North is pushing for the rest of thier money. These people are legit. call em let them know your in a tight and will send what you can till its paid and theyll stop calling you as long as they are recieving money every couple of weeks. Check your credit report and you will find out why they are calling. The first thing they do is report you then they'll call. I'm dealing with Barbra Hewitt. Cynthia is her assistant. Keep ignoring them and they may garnish your check. I dont like using St. Vincent North they are bad about not sending you a bill and quick to take you to the cleaners.

I really hate the way our hospitals bill us.  We get a bill for the procedure, a bill for the doctor, a bill for the doctor who reads the x rays, etc etc. and if you don't pay what insurance doesn't cover pretty quickly they send you off to some collection service they've hired to work for them.  Even if you are making payments, if it's not the full amount, they send it off and mine aren't even that much.

But anyway, this group sent me a bill in the mail from a doctor I've never even seen.  They collected from me for a procedure at a hospital I had recently, and then my name was the same as someone elses in another city, so they just send me that bill too!

THEN, they call me to ask me the last 4 of my SS and/or birthdate.  I left them a message that they've confused me with someone else, and they need to do a better job at making sure they don't do that because I get mail I don't need to be getting and these jerks calling my phone a few times a day leaving no message.  When you call them back to find out why they are harassing you, they are a***oles.

my advice for everyone who is getting calls from these people is:  everyday when you have a free minute just give them a call back and harrass them the way they are harrassing everyone else. i knw i am. just call them up and start asking them personal informationl. see how they like it.  or do it when they call you. when they ask for your last four digits of your social, ask for theirs right back. i bet they will hang up real quick and eventually stop calling. most of the time these people just wanna get a rise out of someone, so get one out of them instead. dont let them upset you. its not worth it.  it's nothing they can do if you do not give them your info.

I received a phone call on my cell phone, person wanting my address my date of birth and last four digits of my social security number. The person told there name was Dana Gross and that she could not tell me the name of her company. I would not give her any information and I did keep asking her questions on why she needed this information and why she was calling. The woman finally said she had to terminate the phone call. I then called the number back and then was able to find out who she worked for but she still would not tell me what FCS stood for and she would only tell me I was a third party and she would not give me any kind of information unless I gave her my date of birth and last four digits of social security. I told her if she had anything that I needed she could mail that to me since she could not give me any information. I then went on Google and searched 18007541917 and FCS Mabelvale Ark and then I found people talking about this. I think there is something really strange going on here more as a scam. I then went and contacted the Attorney General sent in a complaint. I also went and checked my credit score to make sure I didnt owe anything odd. My credit report was clean.
I am only posting this so others will not give out there information.

THEY ARE FULL OF BULL SMACK AND ARE CALLING ME ABOUT A OLD DENTIST BILL WHEN THE DENTIST USED ALL OF MY BENEFITS THAT WAS ALLOWED THEY MY DENTAL SERVICE AT MY JOB WHICH LEFT ME WITH A OPEN END BILL WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT ON MY DENTAL INSURANCE ANYWAYS. I HAVE CONTACTED THIS OFFICE AND TOLD THEM I WILL MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS AND HAVE DONE SO. I DO NOT WANT THIS SORRY LOW LIFE OF A COMPANY CALLING ME ANY MORE. A lady named Cynthia Lattin keeps calling my mother's house (I haven't lived there for 5 years) and asking to speak to me. My mother tells her that I'm unavailable and asks her what the call is in reference to. The lady says the call is "confidential" and cannot give her any information. Sounds a little fishy to me. She leaves a number for me to call her at: (501)975-7304, which is a Little Rock number (which is where I live). I haven't called her back because I think it sounds a little strange??

These people called this morning and asked for my mother.  My mother stated that she was the one on the phone.  the caller then stated that she would have to prove that she was who she said she was and that she had to give her social security number, driver's license, and birth date and verify the address.  My mother asked her name and she would not give it to her stating they do not give out that sort of information.  My mother hung up.  This sounds like identity theft attempt to me.  No legitamate company would EVER ask for your information, a legitamate company would already have that information...so be careful.

This is First Collection Service out of Mabelvale Arkansas. I know they do medical collections for sure but I don't know if they collect for other types of accounts also. They also use the number 800-754-1917. Hope  this helps anyone who is receiving calls from them.

They keep calling and asking me to verify the last 4 digits of my husbands SSN.  They won't say where they are calling from or what they are calling about.  They are calling every day and we do not have any past due bills, etc...  The woman I spoke with gave me her name - Cynthia Lattin - but she had trouble giving me the spelling of her last name...which immediately indicated to me she was giving me a fake name. She said her extension was x1455. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said "they'll just tell you the same thing" and the supervisor said the company was called FCS.  They were extremely rude and unprofessional sounding.

Just got a call from this number. Rhonda Adams is now Rhonda Helms. The call was about a medical bill two years ago that they refused to file on insurance. Finally we got it filed on insursnace and it was paid 9 months ago.

I just got a call from this number. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voice mail. Google brought up this website for the number: http://litigiousconsumer.com/ They say it's a notoriously illegal collections company that is routinely sued for unfair practices. I don't have past due bills. Everything is up to date, so there is no way I would be in collections. The website suggests if you get a call from this number to check your credit report to make sure you're not being identity thieved.

I had the same thing happen to me. They called me twice within 3 hours. I didn't answer and when I called back and asked who they were, they would not tell me anything but their name. I asked twice who they were with and they refused to answer. They kept asking who I was and I said I don't give out my information until I know who I'm talking to. The guy hung up on me! Thing is, I don't have any past due bills that I am aware of. I pay on everything I owe. Makes me mad. I won't answer those calls.

They keep calling, and wouldn't tell my sister who they were.
Once a Bobbie Madden called and talked to my sister and wouldn't say what company they were.Then a Rhonda Allen called and left a message.I don't call people like that back.

When I called back, they wouldn't tell me what co. it was and the woman told me "We don't give out information here. Directory assistance is 411, you stupid bit++!"Pretty sure it's a collection service.
