I just got a call from 800-755-5249. I asked who they were and they said CCB Inc. I asked who they were. She said they were a private business. I asked if they were a collection agency, they said they weren't. I asked several times who they were and who this was in reference to. She said she didn't know and asked for my name. I refused to give it as I had been receiving harassing phone calls from people claiming to be law firms, etc. and I was going to be arrested, etc. Granted they were not as bad, but she almost immediately asked me for my social security #. Not going to happen. To the dude who says we shouldn't get mad at them for doing their job needs to grow a pair as what they are doing is shade as anything.

Called an attorney who deals with people such as these, was advised by an attorney that if you tell them that the only way that you will discuss any information on any matter that it will have to be in writing and to please not call your phone and they continue to do so then where I live you have a right to sue them for harassment, looks like they are getting sued, because the attorney I talked to, well that is all he does, they really are not that smart everytime they call they leave their footprint i.e. their telephone number

I get at least 2 calls a day. It is for me and I do owe the debt, although it is over twice the amount I originally owed.

I want to pay it. I hate having credit cards, never wanted to get one. But, I needed clothes for a job interview and that was only way I could get them.

Yes, I got the job. It pays $7.70/hr. I get roughly 30 hours per week. My most recent check was $479.

My monthly rent is $750 which is chopped in half and paid out of both checks each month, causing late fees.. Auto insurance is $125/ month, which I no longer have because I could not pay it. Health insurance is now forced on us as well, but I don't have it yet, so I will lose next income tax refund. (Thanks Congress!) I get food from a food bank because I can't get SNAP benefits due to being a SWF with no dependents.  I will soon lose electricity. I owe so many people so much money, it would take a lottery to pay it all back.

I hate borrowing, but how else can I survive? Everything is over-priced and nobody wants to pay more than minimum wage . When I try to tell them I can't pay, it's like they don't even hear me. So, Mr/Mrs/ the Banker, take your attitude and shove it as far up in yours as you can get it.

Offensive and insulting...they dialed the wrong number and received no apology,,,just abuse and a hang up....can I call them at home and be this offensive???dont hide,,,you should be just as accountable as those you call,even in error....shame,shame

Thank you all I use this site to look up numbers who call me to make sure its bill collectors so thank you! Heres a tip when you know its a bill collector save the # as DO NOT ANSWER and set ringer to silent. Even if they call 100 times they will never bother you. Then they will use a new number....look it up and if its them silence them again!!!! (...and NEVER ever write down your work # for anything always use your cell #)

This company is a joke. They have been calling for several months looking for someone I do not even know! I told them this which stopped their calling for a month but now they are calling again from a new number! Listen to my f'ing voice mail I'm not the person you're looking.  Am I going to have to report this worthless company? Luckily I have an app that automatically hangs up on these morons!

This company has the nerve to call my house last at night, and then been rude to me about we didn't call you we are trying to reach E B which is my husband and want to speak to him but he was a sleep. I told them not to call my house so late that I have a child that goes to bed at 8pm and not to call pass that time again.

Know your fdcpa laws before you start running off about laws being broken! They can call 8am to 9pm 7 days a week. If you request no calls at work they will not call you there. Be responsible and set up a reasonable monthly payment. It's that simple!

for the few a _ _ _ _ _ _ s on here that say be a responsible adult and pay your bills and you won't get calls from this number.  Most people do want to pay their bills and have fallen upon hard times.  count your blessings that it hasn't happened to you but it very well could especially since you are judging others that it has happened to.  we have a very bad economy right now and a lot of people have lost jobs unexpectedly. You have no idea what someone elses situation is.  Maybe they had a spouse randomnly walk out on them cleaning out there bank account, taking their vehicle and leaving them with a few kids to take care of.  Then they can't even be located to pay child support - owing over $20,000.

Electronic voice called asked for Alihandro Garcia, (who does not live at my address or have my number to my knowledge) the voice said this is in reguards to an important business matter. I hung up because my name is not Alihandro Garcia nor does it concern me as I am not involved in any business matters.

Judging by the previous posts this is some GHOSTLY Phantom type business OPERATION, I dont know these people but I have been getting all kinds of POLITICAL SURVEY calls on a daily basis for the past six months. Please tell the Chicago Outfit to quit calling to fundraise for whatever political candidate they are sponsoring.

I owe 1st Premier Bank $435.65.  I want to pay them, but they sold the debt to CCB Credit Services.  I called them and tried to talk to them.  I wanted to find out where they were and how I could send them a check for $435.65 as I am having some money loaned to me to settle this debt.  These clowns told me that they had to have all my personal information to settle the debt, that they WOULD NOT take anything but my bank information.  WRONG ANSWER. After I get the check (looks goo) I will try again to send this information and the funds to them.  They don't want it that way...***k'um.

Check your stats with the BBB they do not have a A score they have a C+ and they are not I repeat NOT accredited! They have to many - complaints and they can not veirfy how long they have been open along with much more. look it up!

I recently had a call with one of the reps in this company. This is a collection agency. The collector "Pat" as he called himself told me "While it's in my office there will be no fees or interest added". This is not only misleading information but is just straight up lying. While yes there are no fees being added and that is true... He doesn't have any control of fees and he knows that. It's a charged off and the 1st Premier doesn't add anything else to my bill.

So he has done two things wrong. (1) False & Misleading Representation (2) He told me more fees would be added after the balance left the office (in a round about way)

This call happened yesterday. I have spoke with several people from this company and they all seem like they are trained to attack. They do have friendly people until you say that you don't have the money. Just read the FDCPA laws and learn them. These guys ride the line on the laws and are very easy to sue. Then find a good attorney. You should be able to settle out of court and win a few extra bucks on the side. That is what is fantastic about unethical collections agencys.  I have a good feeling the FTC will be watching them soon.
