Over a MONTH & today, 4/9/14 There's 800 Service on 4:42 PM CT on a Landline. They change products,location & numbers! Either CC or Loan Modify. Either Out of area or 800 Service. Either Laura pre recorded or Phony Tony. WHY can't anyone find out what they are & put them out of busine$$????

they say they are from roth litigation to help you with a loan modification on your home. they say your lender is gonna foreclose on you and they can help you. when i said my lawyer can help me. the guy quickly said I will take you off  my list. and said are you sure your lawyer can help you. its a scam he started back track ing after i said my lawyer can help me. after he wanted social security numbers which he never got. got to admit he had me scared for a short but should have caught on when he didn't know who my mortgage lender was. just ask for paperwork and tell them about your lawyer they will stop.

Who/What are these idiots??? Today it's 3/3/14 at 6:05 PM CT & it must be either Laura with a Refi or a Loss Lithigation Scam. I wish $omeone could figure these jerks out. VERY annoying!!!! SCRAM!

They called 3 times this month. 2 rings no message. Since its my cell I just added then blocked the number. I have been blocking problem numbers. You can often block numbers via land-line too if you have those features included with you service.

i keep getting calls from 1800-758-0194. Never talk to a person. I want the calls to stop

Well, I did'nt get any calls since Jan. NOW here they are again: 10/25/13. 4:00 CT Just a hang up . They never quit .

Received a call, no vm left.  When I called back the person answered "To apply"  Don't know what the call was for exactly.

They called me this morning and before I even said "Hello" their stupid recording started telling me about my loan modification.  The recording gave me a number to call back but I didn't have paper and pencil handy so I hit 1 to speak to someone.  Of course, it rang twice and I could hear the CLICK of the call ending.  So I couldn't even talk to anyone!  I grabbed my cell and called the number on my Caller I.D. and a live person answered.  I asked why they keep calling and he said my number must be on their list for a loan modification.  I told him that was a pile of Bull S*** and hung up.  I immediately reported the number to the Do Not Call Registry.  They're NOT supposed to be using ANY recorded messages and if you're on the Do Not Call list, it might help to report all these stupid annoying calls.  I know the number by heart and it only takes a minute.  I sure DO hope it helps!!!

Well, here's that Laura pre rec AGAIN. This was on 1/15/13 @ 12:31 CT Landline. Today it was refi. Shee.

I received a call and called back. The company was called "To Apply" - apply for a loan modification.

Phone answers Loss Litigation, but it's a business that has to do with re-financing your home.

I tried to call again & the pre rec 1st goes "one moment while I try to connect you" It was something Lithigation & the guy's name was Tony. I did'nt wanna hear anymore.

This 800 Services is a PAIN! I get a pre recorded woman named Laura about a reduced rate on whatever. I called back & some guy answered but did'nt say what the "Company" was. I hung up. Landline: 7/12/12 @ 4:07 PM. CT. DNC & Unlisted. UGH!
