Got yet another call from this company even after they've been told twice they have the wrong number and to stop calling. Filed a complaint with the FTC. Anymore calls and I'll file with my state attorney generals office see how they like getting noticed that way. Some people may think going through these channels are not worth it but it is. The last debt collection company who was calling for the wrong person ended up sending me 2 apology letters with agreements not to call anymore. After I filed a FTC complaint and a complaint with my attorney generals office. However, the calls that are coming in now are for somene different.

I just told them off and blocked them..
They just don`t care if you have no job and apparently they forget they can also join the ranks of the un-employed..
Judging from the accentt,, maybe from India call centers??
Either way,, I don`t care anymore./

I too I'm getting these calls, plus calls from people saying they are taking a survey,so I bought a Panassonic cordless phone with call block,I love it,when ever I get one of these calls,I just put that number in call block,it is so easy.I'm probably driving them crazy !(since surveys say they aren't selling anything, being on the do not call list exempts them(they sell your number to everybody !!!! I'm 70 years old,and tired of anwering these calls.

Anonymous male worker from NCO Financial. Very aggressive tactics from this company, which are unnecessary and break conduct regulations for debt collectors. They call and tie up your line, even though you try to hang up, which is a violation of FCC regs. I could hear this guy CHEWING gum into the phone and I said "You can chew your gum all you want to, but you're going to hang up and get off my line"..
LOL

I have received the same voicemails as well. I have contacted them asked to be removed from their lists otherwise I will file a complaint with the FTC.. If you feel that you are being harrassed or you are not the person they are trying to reach you should do the same... read this article..http://www.fdcpa.me/ftc-sues-allied-interstate/
and submit your complaint to the FTC otherwise these jerks will not stop calling..

This company keeps calling me for a Patricia. I am not, nor ever have been Patricia. They've been harassing me for over a year and won't take no for an answer. They follow a pattern when they call. First a few calls and voice mails left by a computer, then a couple calls from a "secretary" sounding person. Finally they pull out the big guns and you have several calls from big gun in the company yelling at you over a voicemail to pay and call him back at a different number than he called you from and gives you an extension. They promise numerous times to remove your number from their list but never do. They are one call away from a harassment lawsuit.

These guys keep calling and calling... They are tricksters....
They are collecting on student loans, and they will try to strong-arm you into making commitments that are not realistic. I kept telling them that my hours were cut and I couldnt make the HUGE payments they were asking me to make..... SO I WENT ON THE INTERNET....
They guys just lied.... I was able to negotiate a monthly payment with them that was more affordable...
I found this guy on the internet he calls him self "The rogue Student Loan Collector" and he showed me everything I needed to do to SHUT THESE COLLECTORS UP!!! he has articles and blogs and stuff...
Read their stuff Seriously.... No joke... He saved my family... Really....

This company called my neighbor stating that I had used them as a reference. Harrassment has been taken to a new level! Are large companies & gov't agencies so hard up for $ that they would agree to harrass innocent people such as dt's friend (above) and my neighbor? It's nothing short of cold, dehumanizing evil! To make things worse, they haven't contacted ME about any loan & I have no clue the origination or how to fight. I hope everyone from the company personnel responsible for hiring these fools to the scum that work for Progressive (& then can sleep at night!) find everything that Karma brings!

i kept getting letters, I'm unemployed with 2 kids, used a friends cell phone (I have no phone can"t afford it)to conact them, to inform them of my financial situation, Katheleen Brooks said don"t you get assistance with all those kids you got? Told her no unemployment only, and would contact them when I found a job. Now my friend is being harrased by them on her phone. any suggestions? She has told them its her phone but that didn't help.
