Flagstar.....
They call me on average about 3 times daily, usually starting on the 9th of every month. Everyday I arrive home to find between 2 - 4 letters from them.
Back in May 2008, there was a mix up at my job, and my pay check was 2 weeks late going into my account. I contacted Flagstar to see if they would adjust my morgtage date back 2 weeks. They told me there was nothing they could do unless I am 45 days late. Well, I'm not 45 days late, nor do I want to be 45 days late with my mortgage payment.
So every month now, I start getting phone calls around the 9th of the month to remind me that I'm either, 9, or 12 dates late. Also, around the 9th, I start getting the "stupid mail" from them, what a waste of paper.
"If they would just adjust my payment date all of this would stop.

If you call 1-800-642-0039 you'll reach the main offices of Flagstar bank. Talk to someone in customer service; that person will NOT be able to help you, but will only tell you he/she is sorry for the inconvenience. Explain your circumstances and ask to speak to a supervisor, which the rep will let you do.
The supervisor will ask for your phone number and run it through the database after which you will be told your number is listed next to an account that doesn't belong to you. How the supervisor discerned this I don't know, because she never asked for my name, but she said she removed my number. You might try that - if I get another call from them I'm reporting them to the FCC. I've done that before with other, mysterious numbers, and it's worked. Good luck.

1-800-765-0360 has called us for 20 times yesterday with no message and ID caller?

I got a call from them today and I don't even have a mortgage with this bank. I tried calling back to speak to someone in customer service, but when I pressed "0," there was nothing but dead silence and then a couple of clicks - they hung up.

yeah my payment was only 2 days past the grace period & they started calling. How pathetic!! Look at the economy people give us a break already so it was a couple days late you don't need to be calling me all the time.
