These people have called me multiple times a day.  I finally got around to talking to someone and they answered very casually.  Never saying who they were or what they were calling for until after asking if my name was "X" and my last four were "XXXX"

Finally they got around to saying why they were calling, and what they were calling about.  I said that I was laid off a year ago and have no money to pay the debt, explaining that was the reason I had to stop paying in the first place.

They then asked "Who is helping you pay your bills then?"  I told them it is none of their business, and they started threatening me that if I don't pay, they will be sending this to the local courts have take everything I own.  I explained to them legally they can not ask who is helping me pay my bills and threatening me.  They then told me I have over the weekend to figure out how to pay this without going to court and hung up.

Huh?

Received a phone call from this number. No voice message left.

We received this phone number 800-767-0529 today on Oct 9, 2010 at 10:51 am. My neighbor (Mother & Son) from Omaha, Ne was responsible for calling us and harassing with all kind of phone numbers from their cell phones and they will never change and never give up. They are jealous & very cruel.
They put any number on their cell phones by using this phone number (800-767-0529) & blocked their phone numbers when they called us every day. When we got this call today, they hung up fast. That is what they always do to us all the time. If we come home from the stores, they called us immediately and if we are outside and we were done cleaning up and went inside the house, they called us immediately. It is pretty obvious that is no coincidence.

I just got a call from this number from a guy that could hardly speak english.

This company considers themselves a "Law Firm" but it's actually just a debt collecting agency.  The name of their firm is Budzik & Dynia, LLC located at 4849 N Milwaukee Ave., Suite 801, Chicago, IL 60630.  A few of their phone numbers are:  Local #773-902-1130, Toll Free #800-767-0529 or number on caller I.D. is 267-828-4428.  When you call them back they will not give you any information, even their company name, until you give them your name and phone number they have called you at.  It was with great pleasure to get all of their information from them (as if I was actually going to pay them) and then tell them that we have included this debt in bankruptcy.  Hee hee hee.  He wasn't too pleased with that.  Karma!  They were trying to reach us for an old charged-off credit card from WAMU (Washington Mutual Bank).  If you tell them you have an attorney on retainer, they must -- by law -- quit calling you (or they face being sued or shut down).  Hope this information helps!!!   :)

Based on the information others have supplied, it sounds like the number belongs to Budzick and Dynia, a law firm in the Chicago area.  They commit a lot of phone and message violations.

I just received a call from a woman's personal cell number in Chicago Illinois {I reverse looked up her number, address, etc} but the message said it was from the law firm "Busnick and Vinea"...I couldn't really understand them and I listened four times...but they said they were trying to collect a debt...BS...i just had a credit report done...I have no idea what they are talking about. I have a good mind to call this woman on her cell and find out what's up...but I will wait and see if they continue to harass me...

Got call from this number, they are the debt collectors for some law firm, can not understand the law firms name.  They called me on a Wal mart CC.  Last time they called, I answered the Phone"Okla.
Divisision of the US Marshall's office, Dept. for phone and mail Fuard, how may I help you"  they hung up and have not heard from them since

We received this phone number  at 800-767-0529 and is always asking for Rachel Young everyday. It is my sick neighbor that is harrassing us by dialing any phone number on the cell phone. The sick neighbor will never change and doesn't have anything better to do but to harrass us. I don't know how the neighbor does it, but it will come back to them.

Only one call so far and I missed the call, no message left.

They call every hr day and nite..says unknown..when u pick up you get a fast busy signal. This needs to stop..so annoying.

These people - whoever they  are - call my number several times a day, every day, never leave a message - I never answer call.  I would certainly appreciate knowing how to put an end to these calls.
