Called, asked for someone that I had never heard of. I asked the guy what the company was, he was evasive. He kept saying the same thing over and over (we'll take your name off our list). I asked again for the name of his company. He would not tell me.

I called the 800-777-5625 number back. Got a young lady. I asked her the name of the company. She said 'College Assist.' I asked for my number to be taken off their list, that I had never heard of the guy Norbert or whatever.

She said they would remove my number. We'll see. I bet they call again in a day or two.

Been getting daily calls for 2 months from this and other numbers for a person that we do not know. Nothing we say will stop them.  All numbers are related to a collection agency for student loans in Nebraska.  Wish they'd go husk some corn instead of bothering senior citizens.

So tired of these calls.

I am on medications. I receive calls from this number all the time at all hours of the day and night. I have called and left messages (they don't answer the phone) to please stop calling me. The person they are calling  Michael Henderson (not sure of spelling) doesn't live here and never has. I do not know anyone by that name. I'm going to call the FCC among others.  This has to stop. There is some one out there that can and will stop them.

This 800 # (robo-call ?) has called a few times.  We are a business.  They ask for "Deeanna."  They've called before - always ask for this Deeanna person.  I've told them, nicely at first, there is no Deenna here.  I'm not so nice anymore.  Next time they call I'll wait for the person to answer (yes, they call but I can tell I'm not quite connected as I hear the click and a person finally comes on) ... I'll wait for them to call and start my own games with them.  These calls are so tiresome.

This number calls all the time, recording only.  I hit redial and call them right back, because the person they are calling to speak with is nonexistent at my number.  They have taken my number and her name, told me we would not get any more calls after 24-48 hours.  I continue to receive calls.  I've repeated this process time and again.  Today, I let them know that they WOULD take care of the problem or my next call will be to the Missouri Attorney General, our version of the Better Business Bureau.  I'm so sick of it.

Called this number back today. They are a collection agency for past due student loans.

left no message, so I called them back. She said I was late on student loan payment. Not true. They'd best not call me again!

Recieved legitimate call from this number regarding my son's delinquint college loan.

Got a message from them on voicemail and the woman left a message talking so fast, I could barely understand it then she must have thought she hung up and hummed for about 3 minutes.  I owe on student loans so that may be why???

They called and I was left listening to elevator "hold" music for well over 4 minutes.

This is collage assist - in my case associated with student loans I am late on from lonas I took out at Colorado State University. In my case, a legit call.

Left message saying they were College Assist and needed my daughter to call back...I am suspicious.
