I've received several calls from this number. I didn't realize it was Sprint calling, but I don't appreciate it. I will not answer a number I don't know on my cell phone. Ever.

It's just for a 5 question survey on your recent "customer serviece experience".

I went to pay my bill at the sprint store and now they won't leave me alone witht this stupid survey...grr

They've been calling my number ALL damn day. I call the number back and I'm told that my number is invalid. WTF? I googled the number to see what's up. This is a mess! FLUSH SPRINT DOWN THE DRAIN!

It was Sprint...I've been late on my bill, first time in years due to a job lay-off..I made arrangements with Sprint yesterday to pay it off by the 28th of February; at that time they advised that if I couldn't, I would have another 10 days into March to settle it up. Sprint must have forget between yesterday and today that they made the arrangement with me. I'm am done with Sprint. They did this to themselves.

I got missed call from this number.  I called it back, and it said it was Sprint and to put in my ten digit phone number, which I did.  It then said it wasn't valid.  I called customer service and they said it was not a sprint line.  In which case I made them put a note on my account because I was afraid it was someone trying to scam me.

I have received 2 calls this afternoon from this number which I didn't answer.  Interesting that I found this while searching.  I'll make sure not to answer it now that I know what it is......

I have 8 missed calls from this number! And when i call it back it says its sprint... and asks me to verify the phone number i received the message on... which it then tells me is an invalid number. I am calling sprint directly and seeing what is going on!

Sprint, called 3 times in one hour.  Annoying as hell.

I totally agree with John.  I have been getting this same number calling me all day today on my cell phone and not leaving a message or nobody being there when I answer.

This is getting pretty annoying and am about ready to switch cellular companies.

They called back so I answered. A computer voice asked me to confirm who I was and asked me to take a survey. I could barely contain myself at the chance to rip them a new one.  They had me confirm that I wasn't driving a car at the time, then said they'd connect me to a CSR.  Immediately after, they said, "We're sorry. We are unable to complete this connection at this time."

Are you kidding me??? You call me to bother me about your "important survey," then tell me you can't talk to me?

Adios, Sprint.  Bastards.

I just got a call from 800-777-6406 on my Sprint cell phone, but did not answer it because I didn't know who it was.  I hope this is the last time they call.  If they want to monitor their employees customer service tactics, they should record and monitor random calls the way other companies do, not call customers directly. How do we know if that really is Sprint and not some bogus operation trying to "phish" info from people for illegal purposes?

800-777-6406 called my Sprint cellular twice on 9/12 at 10:11am and 6:07pm. I didnt answer. They did not leave a voicemail message.

I have gotten several calls this week from this number.  I don't know why they would expect anyone to pick up when they don't indicate who they are.  I'm not answering it!

It was SPRINT automated system to do a Survey about how would you rate your last conversation with your SPRINT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE and their services so they can improve.

Was called repeatedly, and I also don't answer unrecognized numbers.  They are very persistent and leave no messages.

Has call several times today...enough for me to get on line to try and find out who it is....no answer from me.

After checking here, I called the number back and a recorded voice asked me to enter the number where I received the call.  Each time I put in my number, it told me, "you have entered an invalid phone number."  Despite my various shortcomings, I do know my freaking phone number.  Bad timing, Sprint, because my contract is up and I just moved and am currently decided whether or not to stay with you.

Call over and over. People say it is Sprint...but they have no reason to call and never have. My bills are always current.

This is from Sprint.  They want you to take a survey.  The survey consists of 5 questions and takes a few minutes.

The reason they called me is because I am a Sprint customer and spoke with someone in customer service regarding payment.  I needed a few days extra to pay my bill and did not want my service affected.  They did inform me that I would be contacted regarding a survey.

I received a call from this number a few days after I spoke with someone at Sprint.  There was no message left. I called the number back and reached an automated system.  You just follow the prompts to take survey if you want to.

I received a call from this number and I thought is was a survey, but it was actually Al Qaeda telling me how much they hate America but love Obama. They sounded confused and soon hung up.
