I called back and they answered recovery 1 have no idea who it is but they call from a 425 number and leave a message say call th 800 number back to retrieve your message.

Its the collections department for Kay Jewelers/Sterling Jewelers.  They are very personable, but very dense.  For 5 months I get calls for someone who apparently used to have my number 3 years ago, they just dont seem to get it that Im not them.  I will never shop with them; if they are this annoying to me and Im not a customer; Godforbid I was a customer and ran into a job loss or something.

I have received as many as four or five calls in a day asking for someone I've never heard of.  I've also had messages left on my answering machine.  Against my better judgement I finally called the number back to say I didn't know who they were calling and I didn't want them to call again.  They said the calls were automated but they would remove my number.  I am 78 years old and not well.  Running to answer a call over and over is hard on me.  We'll see if I've got it stopped

I finally called back, after my husband refused to, and it was regarding missed payment on our jewelery bill. They do need to say on their message why they are calling, I usually never call back unless they do.

I got calls too and called back today. If they called you, you better pay your jewelry bill before they send it to a collection agency. They were very reasonable and helped me out. I got to pay less than what I was past due until I get back on my feet. Thank the Lord the calls will stop now.

It's account services for some credit card company.  Called it back but didn't feel like talking to the woman while I was at work.

I called back and number does not ring, meaning that while it connects it's being routed somewhere or you are on hold for someone to pick up.

Always caller ID comes up as unknown, and only a recorded voice answers saying to call ...

i have received the same phone calls with the same voice mail - does anyone know what this is about?

I have received 2 calls in 2 days now, but why call back something/someone that wont have the respect to leave a message? why waste my minutes on them? I figure if it is so important, leave a message.
