They called and I didn't recognize the number so I let the voicemail answer it. They left a generic message to call them back and ask for "Ms. Nichols" because it was an urgent business matter or something like that. I have had my outlaws (former inlaws) use my number when they don't want to talk to their bill collectors, so I called back to find out who they were calling for. A male answered and when I asked for "Ms. Nichols" he asked for me. I acknowledged that it was me calling and he said that I owed some doctor bills and asked me if I was going to pay it off today. Of course not being prepared to pay today because I was just trying to find out who they were, I said no. He ended the conversation abruptly without asking the next logical question, which is "when can you pay?" Had he asked me that I actually at the time would have told him in two weeks when I next got paid. He didn't bother, and since he was rude neither did I. Ten minutes later I got another call from the same number with the same generic message. I called them back, and while on the phone waiting through the on-hold music there they were on my call waiting calling me yet again!! The next female answered and she was instantly rude and short. She in fact in a smart-assed tone asked me "So do you get a lot of calls (from us)?" I remained as calm as I could while stating that I was being reasonable and asked for the same from her. The truth remained that I would have tried to settle the debt if she or the other person would have been a little more professional and handled business like adults instead of like teenagers playing on the phone while mommy isn't around! I asked her several times "Do you think it's reasonable as a consumer yourself to keep calling me after I just spoke to someone ten minutes ago?" She talked over me so I kept doing the same and asking the same question. Then the B***** hung up the phone on me after stating "I'm not going to argue with you, sir!" Oh, really?!! Even now I wasn't as pissed as I could be when I called back yet a third time, this time asking for the manager. The next female asked me why did I want to speak to the manager, and all I could think of was "If you called my home for me and anyone but me answered the phone YOU wouldn't tell them why you were calling, so why are you asking me?" What I did say was that I wanted to report their lack of professionalism and juvenile behavior to the person in charge, and she went on to behave rudely and unprofessionally herself!! I had had enough and hung up on her. I can't believe that they actually make ANY money treating people like that, particularly someone who wanted to settle the debt. Note to NCO: I WILL pay that bill ......... straight to the doctor that I actually owe, and YOU WILL NEVER SEE ONE RED CENT FROM ME, YOU JACK***ES!!

THEY DIDN'T CALLED but I know they will.
I have received a letter on March 21, 2011 stating that I owe money to "People's Gas Company"  for $793.00. When I called them about the letter NCO stated on March 14, 2011 that People's Gas sent my account to collections. When I stated with NCO that I am on a payment plan with People's, the thing they stated that they will "Note" my account with NCO. After hanging up with NCO I called People's Gas  about the NCO, People's told me that they didn't sent no information to collections, and my account with People's is active and I am making payments on time.
If I am going to receive phone calls from NCO Finacial Systems about this, I will contact Better Business Bearu on this matter.

I received a second call this evening.  I got the first one last thursday, telling me to call "Ms. Nichols today".  I didn't call her back.  Tonight's call was to call "Mr. Peters today", I have not and do not plan on calling them back.  I do not have ANYTHING that would be in collections, I have even checked my credit to double check, there is nothing there and my credit at all the agencies is listed at  A+ Super Prime.  I am not wasting my time on these people and their scams.  The other issue I have with them, is that they are calling my cell phone number.  I have it listed on the do not call list, so I am reporting each call.
