Received a phone call from this number. The caller left no message.

Received numbers calls from a "withheld" number in a row. Thinking it might have been an emergency, I answered my cell while at work to find it was Sarah with VRM BRM something or other, I couldn't understand her. She stated that they have received a complaint against me regarding a legal matter from Cash net. I supposedly took out an internet cash advance loan in April of 2007. Verified the last four of my social and date of birth. I asked her repeatedly how much and when and I honestly didn't remember this debt etc. She kept threatening me. I asked for her address, she asked why, I said um, so I can verify that you're a legitimate business. She asked who I would be verifying it with that I would need her address and started in about wage garnishment etc. I asked if I could call her back after I got off of work at 5, she said that I needed to handle the matter then or suffer the consequences. uh, excuse me? would NEVER give me her address, would never tell me the amount of the original debt. FINALLY gave me a call back  number of 800-841-4010 x40. I guess this is VRM associates? I filed a complaint with the FTC. She asked how she would have my information such as last four of social and date of birth if I didn't take out this loan. I said I'm not sure, but I'm definitely not going to just shell out money that I'm not positive I owe and I was going through a divorce at that time, my ex had that information so I am not responding until I receive a letter in writing and proof that I owe this debt.

They are a collection company for Check-n-Go. They ask you to call back at 866-996-9926. Saying you have been named in an important issue and if you do not call back a decision will be made without your consent.

Got a call from this number. My son answered, was from a Ms Hicks.Call was re:a "noise complaint". Goobers!!!!! They scared him to death.......Hope they get me next time.

Leaves msg on answering machine threating legal action for persons we do not know and not identify themselves. call back number is 866-996-9926. We do not give out our phone number to very many people or businesses.

Kept leaving messages for a name of a person who does not live here.  Not knowing who they were I called to tell them this was a wrong number.  They were polite and said they would mark this number as do not call.  When I asked what their business was, they would only say they were "a resolution group".

I get a phone call for a whole different person. My name is not Melissia! and my number is not given to anyone but family. It was a 1-800-841-4010. at 1:45pm Nov.22,2010..Please take care of it.

Has got two phone calls from this number this week, saying that I am a person of interest and that if I don't call back a judgment will be made for me.  The call come up NOT PROVIDED and they didn't say who they are or what it concern.  What to do?

I also received a call from this number. I actually answered and the guy had my information.  He said that I had a loan with Advance America. I know this isn't true, so I looked online to see if it is a scam.  I don't know how he got my information though.

Keep getting messages saying a person I know has been names as a person of interest in a legal matter. If I don't respomd decisions will be made concerning me....Assume this is a collection debt that soemone used my name and number as referrence....

I got a call from someone looking for an acquaintance of mine stating that the acquaintance was a person of interest and that they had better call back within 1 business day.  I have no idea who these people are but they have called several times and left aggressive message.

Got a call from this number. Left no message.

caller id reads private caller... man on machine says his name is brian black and this message is an attempt to contact me about about pertaining a matter in which my social security number was used and to call him back at 1-800-841-4010.

unkown call at work; left a message saying "this is Ryan W. I am expecting a call back within one business day." No reference number, no explanation of the call or who the company is. No identification whatsoever.
