came in masquerading as something from my mortgage bank, professing principle reduction, payment relief, etc... no where on the document does it state the name of the company, but it has MY LENDER's name on it in a manner in which it's trying to make me believe it came from them WHICH IT DID NOT.   It's just a mortgage refinance offer, attempting to make you believe it's some program from your mortgage lender WHICH IT'S NOT.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS with a company that markets themselves in such a dishonest manner.
