I sent them an email about quotes for a refiance loan and they statred calling me and sending emails I sent an email back asking them to stop callling and rec'd and answer back stating that their sysytem will not let stop calling unless they talk top you in person. I think I'll call a lawyer and file a harrassment suit!

This number calls me twice a day and does not leave messages.  They call while I am at work and they will not stop calling me.

Not quite sure how they got my cell number but they called me.  My mortgage is not with this company so it's a solicitor.

If you have registered in the National Do Not Call list and now found that this caller ID 800-872-0743 is a telemarketer and they did not provide any information when you recieved their calls, they may have violated the federal rule (see below)and you can sue them. Contact your lawyer.

I too, requested only to be contacted by email.  I have already emailed them twice and told them I was not interested, and they continue to call twice a day.

The calls are from Amerisave Mortgage Corp -- a lending company based in Atlanta, GA.  I got the phones calls, too.  Here's some information:

This number came up on my cell phone yest. 12/26/07.  I dont know them or even herd of Amerisave....  bunch of mulacky!

i just got a call today and they let my voice mail pick up but didnt say anything.  i have never used Amerisave so i would not have any clue why they are calling me or how they got my number?

800-872-0743 this number is an Amerisave loan service/company.  They do not leave messages, which is a shame, because I screen my calls, I could've picked up if they just said something.

Do you know if they do cold calls?  I got 2 calls on my cell phone, which is strange.  No message left.  Maybe they were calling a number similar to mine and misdialed.  I HATE SOLICITATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!

it seems like these worthless calls always call when your busy.  no answer on the other end, just static.  caller id only has number.

I regret I requested a rate from them. I specifically stated that I wanted them to contact me through e-mail only. But they ignored that and now calling  with recorded messages.
