A little Googling tells me it's Receivables Specialist, Inc.

They've been pestering me, apparently because my phone number used to belong to someone else who has credit problems. It seems they haven't caught on to the concept that phone numbers usually get recycled when a subscriber discontinues their phone service.

They call my cell # and an automated voice message is left on my voicemail. My voicemail doesn't turn on until half of their message has already started so I don't know the company. They say something about how I should call them back and then leave me a reference number, but I don't know why they are calling to begin with.
