these people call non stop wish i could really get a hold of these people....

call me at least 5 times a day tring to get me to buy several offers for different companies

hard sale - rude caller - demanded I continue paying for air time - refused to connect supervisor - disconnected - should be billed for cell phone costs

These people called my cell phone at 1/2 intervals begining at 7:30 pm and ending at pm, didn't answer as I did not recognize the number but very irrating especially when you work the overnight shift and are trying to sleep during those hours before I head to work

I've been receiving calls from this company.  At first I didn't answer, then when I did answer, the guy told me that he was with Dish Network.  I told him that I wasn't interested and to remove me from his list.  He was silent and then hung up.  Since then, I've received about 6 calls from this number and when I answer, it hangs up immediately.  At one point I was just silent for about 20 seconds, then said "hello."  the call was disconnected immediately.  I am getting very annoyed.....

they call me several times a week, very late in the evening.  I do not answer for 800#s or #s I do not know, I do know that they should not be calling at 9pm at night, no matter who they are!  just reported their # to fcc.

Ive been getting this call about 2 times a day for a week now.  Once I answered and no one said anything.  Next time I am going to answer and say "Thank You for calling McDonalds, how can I help you."  Maybe that will lead them astray.  Someone else try it to see what happens

If they do call after they are violating federal law. Thats fine but if you dont know who they are there is little you can do. Filing with FTC, FCC and state AG might help. But best way to get them is to set a trap. Call them from an unidentified phone. Act really interested in their sales pitch but hit them up for address and phone info. Play the game and get them to give up their info before you give up your info. Then you can complain, sue them or send notices to cease and desist. Dont be afraid to call and hangup on them if things go badly. After all, they do the same to you! Play the game and get paid. Or cower and whine and get nothing.

They called twice, both after 9-9:30pm and did not leave a message either time. This happens every couple months or so. Very frustrating...

They just called me. They did not say anything. Oh yeah, it's 10pm.
