I have gotten calls from this number several times the week. When I answer...Get no reply. I have started letting it ring but this is getting annoying. Does anyone know who this is...

I've gotten two calls from this number at work - one yesterday and one this morning. Every time I answer, someone with an urgent tone asks for the owner of my business. When I try to find out where they are calling from, I get a response of "this is a community relations matter" and am told they'll call back.
