We keep getting these unwanted faxes. Calling to get removed from the list has not worked!

i think davison is a scam. my husband find the website. and told me about it. it said that i needed to talk about my idea. when you go to the website. you will see no number or adress. unless they like what they hear.  then they will call you. thaty's if they like your idea . if they don't you will not hear from them at all.   a man name ben will call you.  at frist when i talk to him. it sound like i was on speaker. he said i need $695.00 to get started. he ask me how will i like to have my money. and so we talk about my idea. he told me that what he was going to do. he was going to make call's and find company to buy my idea. i felt like something not right.at frist i said to myself a bussiness like this you have to be in person. and not geting your check mail to you. he also told me that did i wanted my money to go to the bank. or a mail out to me or by a  credit card. he  said how do you want your money. but he never told me how  much and i never could talk to home because. i haven't paid  but i talk to him anyways.   he send me a document 1 confidentiality. i had needed to read all 5 pages. just about all of them i needed to sign. i was just about to send  mr.ben   the money. until   my sister to a look over it. she was mad. the paper was about a trade secrets. it was a agreement. to not say anything to another companys. i told my sister my idea and she told me. that i can make over a millons and millons of dollars. one paper was   a print out paper. and i needed to draw my idea.   i ask ben about  the papers he mail me. and he allways trys to get me off the phone.by cuting me off. he told me that i will get 95% and they will get 10% my sister told me that it's no way that i can get 95%.     so if i was you. don't go to www.davison.com

This is a scam. I cant get a hold of any one at this number 800-893-3590 they are withdrawing money out of my mom's checking.

this lawyer sues them and splits the $$ with you.  i will be contacting them

Call the number shown and act like you are interested in their product, lead them on and get their physical address, and etc and then you can sue them yourself.  Forget the FCC and these government agencies, they won't act.  Get a civil judgment under the state and federal statutes for the amoutns specified in the statutes and include punitive damages and your costs in addition to the penalties.  Start suing these people personally.

Call the removal number and it says the number has already been removed, but still rec'ing faxes.

Just call, one time, the automated line 1-866-486-9743 and ask to be removed. Note the time requested. Wait 30 days and if received another fax from the same, then file a Form 1088 with the FCC for junk faxes at https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do
continue through and follow instructions.

By that time, they've changed their 800 number and start again, but do the same with each. If preferred, don't wait the 30 days if gotten another fax.

As stated by the FCC ------ "All faxes ? including those that are not advertisements ? must include the following information on either the first page of the fax transmission or in a margin at the top or bottom of every page of the transmission: the date and time the fax was sent, the name of the sender, and the telephone number of the sender or the sending machine"

Clearly this is not the case with most of these guys and thus makes it worse for them if they're caught , but worse for the FCC to try to find them.  You could anonymously try to call the number and chat a bit with the operators to try to get some information from them.  Often then , they are instructed to give out false company names or websites but you can do your best to ask clever questions to persue it before filing with the FCC.  Don't give a real name or use a traceable phone ID or you'll be establishing a business relationship with them.

You can , if you wish, continue a conversation without promising or agreeing to purchase anything, as long as you can get their information.  Even asking to have information mailed to you for you to review.  At anytime you have a contact, you can again, opt-out from further information and thus they must oblige, but you'll have information on them if they don't.

Peruse the internet for other complaints and follow suit.

I'm going to trust illegal fax spammers with my credit card info or bank check numbers? Are they kidding? Avoid these vermin like the plague.

Could law enforcement please investigate these creatures and if necessary, throw them in jail where they belong. As soon as possible!

I also get them.  Here is how to deal with these idiots.  When you get a fax, call them back, 50 times.... tie up their phone lines and take up their time.  Tell them you will call them 50 times every time you get a fax from them. They seem to understand that message and I found they got tired of dealing with me.  I no longer receive very many faxes.

Fed up and getting even.

I keep getting faxes on my home office fax, even though I have called repeatedly over the past 60 days asking that my number be removed.  I have called the "opt out" number and the 800 call-back number, but I keep getting the unwanted faxes.

I have been getting these faxes fro over 6 months and them come in all the time. This is at my house too. Really annoying.
