989-593-4501 is a calling center in which it's services are bought, don't try to make any sense out of it,, the service is usually maned by sub minimum wage employees.

Got one in the afternoon on my cell. Didn't answer. I never answer "unknown caller".

Got one today - don't answer numbers without names on my cell phone...

Got a message on my cell regarding a courtesy call. Not calling back but interesting that they are doing this in a short timeframe from what it looks like the response on this site indicates. And these are only the ones that made it to this site.

I received a call on our cell phone from this number @ 3:17pm this afternoon.  When I tried calling the number back I got a recording that the # was disconnected..  Very strange indeed...

I notified the local sheriff's office in that area code (Fowler, MI).

Same call that Jake had. She sounded sorta hot though. I managed to pound one out while keeping her on the phone.

Received a call and she left a message saying this was her last courtsey call  but she didnt say what it was about.. she said to call her back at 877-786-0938. did not call appears to be a scam since the # they called from is a land line that belongs to a man named Steven F Herring in St Johns MI.

Got this call on my cell phone. My credit score is just fine, I'm on the DNC, and I have consumer credit protection and ID theft coverage as well. Very odd to get a call like this. Will be doing some research and hopefully reporting them!

Received a call from them this morning via my google voice number (I suppose because that's what I have posted on facebook). Anyways, I missed the call but it must have been a robo call because the caller began her spiel when GV prompted her for name only. I didn't receive any voicemail audio. When I tried calling back it just rang and rang and rang, no answering machine or anything. Then after an eternity, I got a busy signal. Clearly not legit.

I got the same call from "Amber Johnson" ( sounds like a stripper's stage name, doesn't it ? ) claiming she is returning my call requesting information about credit card rates. A lie.

Called and left a message talking about lowering my credit card rates. She didn't even know my name. The message started with "credit card rates lowered..." She also said "I know you said you were having trouble paying your cards off"...SCAM of some sort. Scripted BS

I've never late and never talked to anyone about my cards.

These people called my cell # and when I answered, put on a recording about mortgages.  I hung up before they got to what they wanted to sell.  Not interested.
