YES, it appears to some sort of SCAM, but I don't understand what. I got the following message from Lulu Chen by email :

I tried to process the card but it was declined. I then sent her an invoice but got no reply? She seems to have moved her address to Texas. Initially when I Googled her I got nothing only the name of biologist working at a Texas university in Dallas. I was by chance this site came up.

Another scam by Lula Chen. The phone # has changed. See below for Lula Chen and her information. This bimbo or whatever, wanted a 13k item split between 4 credit cards.

Tried to order (via email) 2 dental processor's totaling $8,000. She wanted it split between 4 credit cards. thought it was shaky so tried to verify all--only 1 did not decline but the address did not match. Went further with it and called the issuing back for all 4 USSA--name "Lula Chen" did not match any of the cards. DO NOT SELL!!!!

Don't do it!  She is a scammer....I called USAA and reported all 4 of the cards as stolen.  One of the card holders has filed a police report, I don't know about the others.  Our cards did not validate to the address either...She gets really testy when you don't give her her way!  I asked her to fill out a credit card auth and she is very angry because she "can't" do that and she is a "deaf man" and this is how she gets treated.  It's insane.  I hope someone catches this person and SOON!

This IS a scam 100%.  We validated one of the cards and got a call from the card owner wondering why he had bought our merchandise....he is filing a police report.  We are trying to figure out how to stop "Lula."  In the meantime, DO NOT SELL ANYTHING TO HER!

We also got this email for some of our products...is it a scam - or is there any possibility that this is legit?  It's a $15k order that she emailed in, so....we want to take it but don't want to get screwed, either.  I tried Google-ing Lula Chen, Inc but came up with nothing... the phone number got me to this website.

Searched telephone number and found this site. Scam. Scam. Scam. Scam!

tried to order on our web site 100 rolls of custom paint mask, no phone # given, 3 credit cards to be charged.  We're just suspicious and googled their fax # and found this web site.

We received email from "Deaf Businessman" unable to speak on the phone...ordering 2 x-ray processors totaling $6500 and also wanting to spilt payments onto 3 credit cards as you described below...if it is a scam I dont understand the end purpose of the scam?
