My phone is registered as Do Not Call. This is the phone number that shows on the caller-id: 508-438-2672. The call back number is as above.

They said my phone was a business phone so it was OK to call. So they obviously don't check the DNC registry.

Our number is on the National Do Not Call Registry.  Nevertheless, we have gotten at least half a dozen calls from a recorded voice named Kathy, representing the Small Business Network.  Their call-back number is 800-438-6827, ext. 301.  We have reported them to the NDNCR, and we hope that you will too.

Only one call - we're on the Do Not Call list,too....  Truncated voice mail - the dialer they're using apparently doesn't understand that.

Returned call to 800-895-6827 and they are a Solicitation call from Small Business Network (SBN) offering a MasterCard up to $250,000 and other discounted services.
Just one catch that they need to verify you bank account. They asked for your Bank name and account number. I replied that they should email the info and I would look it over and I would never give them the Bank name nor account number over the phone! That when the line went dead, surprise surprise.

FYI- the deal is a bad one.  Yes they want your bank info "just to verify that you have a checking account" and oh yeah, to reduce your balance by about 99.95.  They charge this 1 time fee of 99.95, then you get billed in advance annually for 19.99 per month (239.88) for your 'membership fee'. All of this is in addition to the 12% interest on the card.  So for $339.83 you get a card with 12% interest - to start with. They would never tell me what the final rate would be -OR- what the line of credit would be. It "could" be $250,000 - I would bet that it would be just enough to get twice the fees out of you about $500.  I teased her to get the most info out that I could, but when she asked for the checking routing numbers and account numbers, I broke down and told her "what fVulcan idiot would give an UNKNOWN caller their checking account info?  Especially with over $330K in it???? Do I sound that stupid??"  Have a NICE day - click!!

I keep getting calls on my business voice mail from these people, "Small Business Network."

After hours or when we are out in the field, all three of our business lines ring into voice mail at the phone company, so I don't have the option of taking the call in person and pressing a number (as instructed in their message) to be placed on their do-not-call-list.  Nor do I know which of the lines they are calling on.  Also, they consistently call after business hours when they know they will get voice mail.

This bunch of pests and others like them increase the overhead for small businesses, tieing up our time and phone lines and lowering our productivity.  I hope everybody will write your state and federal lawmakers and push for the loophole to be closed that exempts so-called "business to business" telemarketing from the do-not-call laws.  Thank you.

i am getting at least 10-12 calls a week from these clowns for the past several months I have asked repeatedly to be removed and never call here again. Today i get another call, finally having enough of it i waited until a "megan" came on the line, i asked for a supervisor she replied i am a supervisor but nothing i am going to do for you. I demanded the number of the legal staff and was given 800-407-6448 but it goes right back to this same "megan". Everytime they call if you try to hang up it locks up your business line until it times out and drops the call. Wonder what would happen if i ever needed to call 911 ? we only have one phone line.

Reporting from a business, I have been getting recorded messages at work from Small Business Network about once a week for two months. If they are not legitimate they should have been shut down by now.
I decided to google them and got a variety of things not them so I googled the call-back number in the voice message and found this website and the descriptions of other peoples experiences. Spam handling has been taking up an increasingly large amount of my time at work. I have taken to researching and otherwise mistrusting anything at face value to protect the company I work for and my job.

ISSUE: Solicitation call from Small Business Network (SBN) offering a MasterCard up to $250,000.
Callback was 800-895-6827, x301

I've received this solicitation several times. Recorded message said to "Press 1 now" to find out more or call 800-895-6827, extension 301.

I dialed 1-800-895-6827 and got straight through to a female. When I asked for x301 she said that she was it (I never dialed the extension). Made the request to be removed from the calling list. She asked if I wanted to hear about SBN. I said no. She took my number and assured me I'd be removed from their calling list. I'm not optimistic.

Caller ID indicated 508-438-2672

I received this solicitation. Caller ID indicated 508-438-2672. Recorded message said to "Press 1 now" to find out more or call 800-895-6827, extension 301.

I dialed 1-800-895-6827 And a recorded voice said that all operators were handling other calls. The recorded voice told me to wait and the next available operator would assist me.

I was never given an opportunity to dial an extension, and pressing 301, #301, and *301 had no effect.

My number is on the "National Do Not Call List", so this is a violation subject to a $10,000 fine.

It is my understanding that a solicitation without a "readily accessible" way to opt out and be removed from the senders "call list" is also a violation.

Got the call this morning, listened, pressed 1 for "someone", was on hold for about 4 minutes (am on a speakerphone & just returning the favor of wasting my time, you know), then someone started saying something but didn't answer. The entire call lasted for 7 minutes...their loss, not mine, got it?
