Hey A  for Arshole, I would bet you are with either T -Mobile or with ERSolutions. Having said that, you have the mind of a moron to generalize everyone, Arshole!
You need to educate yourself before you open your big mouth and know that a contract is a TWO way street.
There are obligations that must be met by T-Mobile, and if they do not meet them they are liable just the same. If they do not provide the "agreed upon services" then it is their responsibility not the other way around.

Collection agencies are for some people not for all people. There are laws that protect the public from morons like you and T-Mobile. take a look at this:
the FTC  website The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act in particular YOU , Arshole and T-Mobile's Arsholes as well). Have a nice day !

They called and asked to speak with the owner of the cell phone (myself); they requested an address or the last four of the social almost immediately after confirming that I was the individual they were looking for.  When asked who they were, they said they were calling for T-Mobile conversions.  They asked for the address and the social again, and I asked what they wanted it for.  They said they needed it to confirm who I was, and asked me to give it to them AGAIN.  I asked them, AGAIN, and I asked them WHY they were calling me.  They asked me AGAIN for the information and I said I didn't want to give it to them unless they were going to tell me why they were calling me.  They said "So do you want to give them information or do you want to end the call?"

After we hung up, I called T-Mobile, and low and behold, they'd switched my bill with my family member when I'd converted the line.  After nearly twenty minutes of conversation, I was finally able to START the process of talking to someone about amending the problem.

We got a phone call from them today and they insisted we make a payment immediatelly. When we said we want to talk to TMobile directly first they said they will transfer our call to them and it was strange becaue we strated hearing the music we normaly hear in the main manu for TMobile customer service. We hung up because we wanted to call on our own. TMobile confirmed our accounts are in good status. These people are fraud!!! Do not give them any information.

Sorry but I cancelled my TMobile account because of 5 defective phones they had sent me. And then refused to send me a decent phone that worked. Then they tried to bill me for 2 months when I cancelled them. I pay my bills but refuse to pay TMobile for service I didn't use. So Mr. Responsible Adult you need to think before you post arbitrary comments.

This ER solutions is a real pain in the a*s! I do owe T-Mobile a past due bill. I stated to T-Mobile that I would pay on my past due bill. I recently had a car wreck, have been unable to work and got behind on my bill for the first time in 7 years as a T-Mobile customer. Before this happened, my bill was always paid in full, before the due date. I let T-Mobile know that I needed my service terminated because I could no longer afford the bill. T-Mobile told me that they would work with me, and I could send them small payments until my past due balance was paid in full. They promised that they would not turn me over to a collection agency, and they obviously have done so now.

The day I had my service terminated, T-Mobile called my home phone back within less than one hour. They were all over me for the past due bill. I informed the customer service rep that I had already worked payments out and didn't understand why she was calling me. She badgered me for a totally different payment plan, which was way higher than the first rep told me to pay.

I understand that T-Mobile wants their payment, but this is low-down and dirty to turn me over to this ER Solutions when they gave their word that this wouldn't happen. I sent the required payment on the plan that had been verbally agreed upon for this month. This is a really sh*tty thing to do to a customer of 7 years. This will F my credit all up.

Anyhow, when these people just called my house...they just sat there and listened to me say, "Hello, hello, hello", and didn't say one word. This is probably just the start of a rash of calls from an idiot bill collector that plans on terrorizing my a*s forever. How are they supposed to get anything done by sitting there, not saying a word and breathing into the phone??? And to YOU SCUMS AT T-MOBILE...YOU CAN KISS MY FREAKING A*S FOR NOT KEEPING YOUR WORD!!!

I have NEVER had tmobile in my life and suddenly I'm getting phone calls from this number about three times a day. So far I have been ignoring it but the next time I get a call I swear I'm picking up and chewing them out. This is becoming harassment. The most annoying thing is that if I click my cell phone's "screen call" button and send them to voicemail, they CALL BACK within two minutes! Talk about annoying.

Re: Sara:  You're right they do not call EXISISTING customers. This firm calls former T-Mobile customers whose service was canceled due to non-payment. I got a call from them shortly after I moved and changed the area code for my service, they were trying to get a hold of someone who had listed this number as an alternate number on their former T-Mobile account. Hope this helps.

I have spoken to T-mobile regarding this collection company.. (I have had T-mobile for 10 years, never have gone into collections, account has never been closed). They told me they do not call existing customers who may owe money. They send you text messages or when you try to make a call out, you are directed to their customer service.
T-Mobile said this is a scam, and to alert them immediately if you receive a phone call from these people. T-Mobile is collecting the numbers and contacting state attorney offices....

Hey "A" ... re: "and if you are recieving receiving calls it is because you have a bill need to be a responsible adult and pay your bill"

Sometimes the companies themselves make VERY serious errors with their clients' accounts and/or money.

My own experiences?
1) Bank Of America lost $1900.00 from my account.  It mysteriously just disappeared with nothing more than a dash (meaning a "-") on my account statement.  It took me no less than 14 telephone calls, (with each call intercepted by robots) to reach someone with a response other than "Well you withdrew the money" (which I didn't).   It took 2 weeks to straighten their mess out, and I didn't get so much as an apology.
2) I deopsited a $1800.00 Government Issue check into a Washington Mutual night box, and double checked that it went into the slot.  The WaMu accountant personally recommended I use their night box versus their ATM.  In case you don't know; night boxes give no reciepts.  3 days later I found no credit to my account.  The check had disappeared!!!  The WaMu rep was unwilling to do anything more than "peek" at the inside of the box.  Her comment (in my presense) was "well its all dirty in there".  The same rep later told her supervisor (once again in my presense) that "He is lying"!!!  The branch manager flat refused to do anything about the matter, as did the State of California.  This matter was not resolved until I contacted A) A higher level of WaMu management, B) The BBB, The local Sherrifs office, The local police, the District Attorny, and the State of California.  Once again, no apolody.
3) Charter Cable Service: No less than 3 times, a neighbor across the street disconnected and/or spliced into my connection, disrupting my TV and Internet. Each time the technician was sent out he confirmed that's what happened.. not my equipment, not my fault (as the live phone Charter reps in the Philapines... yes the Philipines tried to tell me)  None-the-less, Charter billed ME for service calls.  After getting nowhere with the folks in the Philapines, I gave up, refused to pay, and got DirecTV.  The matter was never resolved and dept collectors dogged me for a year or so before they finally gave up.
4) The most recent episode has been with T-Mobile.  With a suprise bill of $145.00 for a $30.00 account, T-Mobile refuses to explain how or why they are billing me for overage, when the bill clearly shows only 205 minutes used on a 300 minute plan.  It shows clearly that they are trying to charge 40 cents a minute on EVERY call that I made last month.

I could continue on with a tale about Toyota Motor Corporation, and one about ATT, but by now it's redundant.

So Mr Resopnsible Adult,  I get tired of a one-sided industry, endless circles of robot answering machines, company public relations representitives who could care less about anything other than collecting their salary, and this jack*** society that thinks/says all this bad credit will hurt.  I can go buy a car right now, and if I was stupid enough, I could find a bank who would gladly set me up with a house that I could't make payments on.

I've sort of adopted policy towards these companies.  It's the same policy they use...  "Im right and you're wrong.  When you call me, you ONLY get to talk to my voice mail, NEVER to me.  You will have to wait in line to recieve money... currently the waiting time is aproximatly 9,000 years"

Got a call from them but they do not hold my T-mobile bill someone else does. And as far as being responsible.. I was laid off so do you suppose I feed my children or pay a cell phone bill? If I had not gotten laid off i would still have it and I did not get it while it was above my means to pay. I did not expect to lose my job.

and if you are recieving receivingcalls it is because you have a bill need to be a responsible adult and pay your bill, or you hgave your number as a contact to reach another person....whiochch makes you an even bigger idiot. plus , ththese collection aagegencies ahave your full address and full social, you should think twice about being so snotty to themthe above people commenting are idiots. they ask for you to VERIFY the last 4 digets of your social security number, just as tmobile would if you were calling them asking about your bill.

This is ER Solutions, a private debt collector who usually is calling for a debt owed to T-Mobile.  They have a really horrible reputation.  Don't trust them with your credit card or checking account number.  They also will ask you for your social security number (yeah, right!).  Don't give them anything.
