Careful, it might be a scam.

Yes, it IS a scam,  just like the one perpetrated by Anchor House, First Step, New Line Equity, etc.
They claim to have a list of properties which they will sell you, and you get pestered for your credit card number.  Once they have it and get your money, you get nothing.

There is also an add on the Nashville, TN craigslist for a condo way too cheap to be real. The pics look nice and it claims to be 1400 sq ft....but for only $385. This has to be a scam or they would put what complex this is. I know the area well and do not know where this could be.

They are advertising a condo on Craigs List--Greenville, SC. The rate is too low and location info too sketchy to be legit.

There is also an add on craigslist for Spokane, Wa. A condo for really cheap. I don't recognize the building though from this area and thought it might be a scam. No place is that cheap...

There's another condo they rent on Craigslist in DC... Floor plan does not match pics or description.
