I have a feeling that these calls may be spawned from any website to which you might be providing your number.  I'm a big fan of HGTV (or was) and have entered some contests there.  Since, of course, a phone number is required, they may be the culprits.  I guess I won't be entering any more contests, online, if phone number is required.  I have received 2 calls, from this number, on 6/26/14 and 6/19/14 at 2:59PM, EDT and 6:57PM, EDT, respectively.  I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

Walk in baths or something like that...told them I will never, ever purchase anything from them if they feel they have to call 3 or 4 times a day, starting at 9AM, and then not leave a message or have any identifying info on caller ID. the girl on the line, and it sounded like they were in some warehouse with many other conversations happening, said she would remove my number - I really doubt any of this will do any good.

Thanks, I was interested and asked for a brochure, and they started calling.  I answered one day and basically could not get any straight answers from them.  I asked if local contractors did the work and the lady hedged around it.  I would ask a specific question and would get a vague answer.  She kept saying "our people do it" I would ask who and she would say "our people".  I wanted the name and she could not answer me, she kept saying the rep would come to my house and answer my questions...be wary dealing with these people.  You can get this done locally with people you know!

Premiere bathrooms or baths or something like that keeps calling me. I personally never signed up for anything with them, they ask for Amy and I inform them there is no Amy here. They still keep calling. At all hours, while I'm at work, at night; I was on a date with my boyfriend Friday night and they called at 9pm. I've asked to be off the call list before and they keep calling. How do I make it stop?

A law that works? Criminals and illegal callers live to break laws.. No laws are going to stop them its that simple. Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Calls several times a day.  I m on the the no call registry and have placed several complaints with them and they still keep calling. I don t know what else to do........there should be a law that works.

wow i just took out all my frustrations out they called my phone number many times they called and when i answered they hung up so i called them back and when the lady told me that this call is being recorded i said great i gave her a few DEMANDS that if they keep calling me i am FORced to forward all the times that they called to my lawyer and i will be the 1 with the last Laugh  .. it's called stalking and harassment and they will be fined up to 1,500 per call so bring it on i really need the money to take my long awaited vacation  ... wow i think this is gonna be a new job for me to see how many companies will pay for my trips,.,

All I wanted was a brochure mailed to me and this company keeps blowing up my phone. They cal me at least 6 times a day. I have it documented. Please STOP calling.

I scheduled a home visit with Premier. Very slick salesman. Just the tub and installation was quoted as $23,000.  When we explained we wouldn't be making a decision until we did comparison shopping, the price suddenly came down to 17,000.  When we still didn't buy, the price came down to 15,000.  I asked the salesman to leave, that I didn't do business that way. I have been getting calls ever since.  

I have received multiple calls on my cell phone from this # starting this week. Sometimes, two calls a day. I have never done business with this company, which I believe is a tub or bathroom remodeler and I have no idea how they got my #. I never answer the calls, but have just blocked their #. Annoying. It's bad enough that they keep calling, but especially frustrating when they call on weekends!!!

I have been ;getting calls from this number. Have found out it is Premier bath. They also use other Numbers that I have received calls from at the same time. I pay for telephone service so I can use my phone, not for someone else to bother me.
Even if I was interested in their product, I would not buy from them.

I have never asked for any info from anyone about Bathroom items and I have started getting calls a couple times a day for the last few days.. I dont answer a number I dont know and if they dont leave a message I dont care...

I check to see who there are on a web page like this and if the are something I am not interested in I can set that number to be auto REJECT and I will never know they call again...

It is still to bad that the DNC list appears to be worthless

Apparently that company is disregarding the Do Not Call rules.
Hopefully people are reporting them ... successful reports can indeed do something.

Meanwhile,  to stop repeated telescam phone calls,
Try these alternatives:

1.  Do not answer the phone if you see an unknown number on your Caller ID ... let it go to answering machine or voicemail.  Many telescammers hang up after 3 rings.

2.  If you have a smartphone, get one of the inexpensive or free phone blocker apps at your online app store, and learn how to use it.

3.  If your cel is not "smart", read the manual to learn how to set up a "group".  Assign the scammer's phone number to that group.  Also assign a "silent ring" to that group.  You will not hear future calls from that number.

4.  Google NoMoRobo, and visit their site, to see if your phone system is compatible with that system.  (It may or may not be compatible).

5.  Contact your phone service provider.  They may have a facility or method to allow you to block numbers.

6.  If you buy things online, you might want to google "Amazon phone blocker" to see what devices or apps Amazon has to offer for landlines or smartphones. Similar devices are for sale on eBay and other online stores.

I sent in a card to get info on their baths and prices. No prices in catalog. They have been calling me for months. They called me last night at 11pm! I had, had it! I called them back and in no uncertain terms told them to stop calling me. She then tried to sell me a tub!! I told her she had to be kidding me, take me off their list, and let off a couple of curse words. This company is unbelievable. I'll find another company for my bathing needs.

It's a auto dialer that's used to see what time of day you're most likely to pick up the phone.
They bug you for weeks with auto dialers then start trying to call...ridiculous. They've lost their chance with me because of it as well..

We never contacted Premier Baths, but still got a call from them this morning (Caller ID said "Unavailable," but am assuming from conversation here that it was Premier Baths), so I wonder what other companies they are connected to? Yes, we are on the DNC list.

Won't stop calling me. They don't seem to get the memo I don't want to talk to them.

This is Premier Bath calling.   Non stop calls from them for over 2 months.  Every since I sent in a card to have the company send me a brochure.  They call several times throughout the day but do not leave a message.  I contacted them personally via telephone and asked them to take me off of their calling list a few weeks ago.  I just received another call from them this morning.  I see the number and don't answer.  Very unprofessional will not use or recommend them.

i called for information a month ago . a few days after I called my dad was put in the hospital . the next day my wife was put in the hospital . my dad died then 3 days later my wife died . I told them not to call they have called every day . this company has no soul or heart .

Like another person mentioned I requested information a long time ago when I was researching such walk in tubs.  This is the first time this number has called if I remember correctly.

this is  Premier Bath calling  i was looking for some info  because there  brochure online does't provide the prices, they call but leave no voice mail letting me know whos calling me .(i had to look there number up to find this out)

Got a few calls from this number --- 800-925-0865--- and it shows up as "Invalid Number" on the caller ID. The second time I answered and put it on speaker. This young lady asked if this was Mr or Mrs.....  I just told her I was sorry and hanged up. She had a very pleasant and sweet voice, and I know she is just doing her job. They called back this morning so I just didn't answer. I see there it is Premier Baths. I either went online or sent a card in to see what they had to offer. Guess that is how they got the number.

This number calls me EVERY DAY, thank goodness it's only via TextNow and I can't hear a ringtone or anything. I don't have any idea why they'd call me, because I've only told my number to 1 PERSON and it wasn't anyone from "Premier" Baths! These guys need to stop because I'm annoyed at an indescribable level.

Have received numerous calls day and night and no message is ever left. I decided to google the number and found out that it was premier bath. I remembered I had requested a catalog but had to give my phone number before I could receive the catalog. I still don't have the catalog and really want the calls to stop.
