It's CapitalOne telemarketing calling from a collections department #. I called back after no message was left & gave them an earful about poor business practices.

It's NOT a collection call, it comes from their collection department, but it's a telemarketing call. I called the # back & let the rep have an earful about poor business practices. I am contacting corporate to register my displeasure with them as well.

Cap one calls here at least 10 times a day- they have several different numbers. So annoying! There has got to be a law against this
