They called my  boyfriend saying he owes H & R Block over $400.00. My boyfriend hasn't used H & R Block in over two years and H & R Block took their money out of his tax return. They couldn't tell him anymore information about his debt to H & R Block or when he used them last. Sounds like a scam to me.

MRS is a collection agency.

I just got a call from the lady and I had missed it as well. I called back and they asked me a whole bunch of BS information and said that the account was for someone else's name. I said no and then bam we got disconnected. They didn't leave a message and when I called back i asked about the company and the lady got very rude and said she needed my information in order to know why I was called.  She was rude.

I missed a call from this number and called them back.  It is a place called MRS Associates.  (It did sound like a collection agency.)  When I missed the call, they did not leave me a message.  When I called back and asked what the call was about, the woman asked me my name.  I hesitated, then knowing that I do not have anything that has gone to collections, I told her.  She asked if I have ever lived on "This" street.  I told her no and she asked me 2 more street names.  Again I said no.  She said it might have been a case of same name, wrong person.  I want to know how this agency got my cell phone number!!!!!

Recieved message from 800-932-4905 asking me to get name and file number to a neighbor and that it was urgent.  It's a collection agency, I'm quite sure.  I've recorded the date and time of the call and I will be looking for another one.  If I get it it is going to cost them 10K plus a criminal harrasmaent charge.

These butt wipes are thew rudest, crudest POS that I have ever dealt with.
The keep leaving a message asking for a return call from an adult at this location. Guess what? They will NEVER get a return call from an adult at this location, UNLESS THEY SPECIFICALLY TELL US WTF THEY WANT!
Until then, let them keep wasting their $$$$$$$$ making calls to my number. This has been going on for over 3 years now. What a bunch of A-holes. Their actions are typical of a low life collection agency.

Called and had name information about both me and my wife, but were asking about two other people whom we don't know.  They didn't say why they had called, just that they were trying to reach them and it was about a specific accoount number.  It sounded like a collection agency to me.
