Caller said they were from Card Services and could qualify me for a lowere credit card interest rate. wanted to know how much balance was, Visa or mastercard and what customer service number is to verify memeber in good standing. Hung up. Tried to call back and this number is no longer in service.

Call from 800-945-1000. Answered and they hung up. Called back and message saqid number's been disconnected. What's up with this?

Rec'd recorded call today (6-17-09) from 800-945-1000 as per *69 service. Message said they were Card Services. Recorded call asked me to push 1 for more; live operator came on. I threatened to report them to the no call list and she hung up on me so I did the report.
