Does anyone know what % of each dollar actually goes to the special olympics?

Look up charities at Charity Navigator - a web site dedicated to rating the effectiveness of specific charities. It tells how much of each dollar actually goes to the work and how much is spent on administration and fundraising. It also divulges salaries for officers and top members. It is greast inforation when choosing where to allocate your hard earned money to the thousands who want it.

I get calls from this number constantly. I have picked up and said "hello" a few times but no  one answering me back. I just got another one. I don't have time for this stupidity. We are on the do not call list.

I see on another website like this one that is it Special Olympics.  They do not leave messages, apparently.
