This is an Autodesk number. They usually call because you downloaded a trial version of one of their software packages (AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, etc.). They call to make sure you didn't have questions about the software; just following up with you like any good company would, for customer support or to try make a sale. I've downloaded their programs many times, if you answer they're cool with you just saying "I just wanted to try the program, I don't plan to purchase at all", they'll stop calling immediately. They are not, from any of my experience, an abusive company. They make the world's leading design software and have awesome products. I use a couple different software packages from them and wouldn't use any other product by choice, however, I do like sketchup a lot too!

AutoDesk. They also own Maya(3D Modeling program) and XSI now(3D modeling program).

Probably not a sales call, considering the product cost $3000. Somebody probably just entered your number accidentally(like 1 or 2 wrong digits), or put in a fake number. It's a legitimate number, so I'd call back and ask to be taken off if they call again.

It is AutoCad and I called the number.
They don't know why we get calls except that we have an old version of their software and they would like us to upgrade.


I redialed the number, pressed option two (2) was on hold for less than a minute.  Call was taken by a sales person.  Was very kind.  Said they would take our name off their list.

They have called me every day for about a week call them back you will get a machine press 2 tou will talk to an opporator at this point tell them to put you on their do not call list give them your phone number they will remove your number from their database and you you will no longer receive their calls

This is the thirsd time, I received a call from this number. I didnt answer the phone cause I dont know who's calling so I decided to look online who's this number belong to, it turned out that a lot of peple are receiving calls from it also. Now I know that I should really need not to answer this number at all.

They call and call and call.  I listed them as scammers on our caller id so hey.. if you're reading this, get the hint.  If we make a mistake and answer, you are NOT GETTING OUR BUSINESS.  You're driving us nuts.

They keep calling my cell, almost every day.  No voicemail.  I haven't answered.

Seriously, multiple times a day. I'm not going to answer, take the goddamn hint. I got a trial of Smoke to check out what all the noise was about. I'll order online if I want to purchase, DO NOT PESTER ME. Especially multiple times a day?!? Desperate much?

Got this call this morning, yesterday I downloaded Maya from Autodesk. Please report them, I do not want phone calls from them.

I believe that this is from Autodesk, the makers of AutoCad design software.  When someone downloads a free trial version (the software itself is quite expensive), they must provide email and company name and phone number and such.  My guess, and it happens a lot, is that someone wanted the free version but did not want to be contacted by a salesperson.  If you are recieving calls from this number, but did not download the trial version, then someone else probably just keyed in a random phone number and yours was the unlucky one.

they keep calling and hang up as I pick up the call.  don't leave messages.  if this is a sales call it is a very abusive company.  would recommend not doing business with them

It is an Autodesk inside sales group. I downloaded their 30 day trial software over the weekend and now they are calling to sell a full version.

Evidently, it is Autodesk.  They make CAD software...

who ever this is called 9 times and never left any messages while we were away. Anyone know who it is?

They call EVERY DAY around lunch time even though I never answer.

BTW, I have no idea how they got my number either.  They state that someone in the household (funny since I live alone) had ordered a trial version. LOL  ROTFLMAO......  NOT.!

Call them back - hit option 2 - when you get a live rep tell them you do not nor have ever had CAD or any designing software (especially if you work in a field that doesn't require designing) and ask them to remove you from their calling list.  Give them your name and phone number, that's all!!!  Sometimes it may take a week or two with companies like these to process you off of their list, but that's better than having them call you for the next year or so.

I get calls two to three times a day.  I finally answered today, and nobody on the other end.

How can I stop these calls?

One person calls, and then three other callers phone in at exactly the same time, all wanting to speak to a different person. I don't know why they can't just email since they are AutoDesk.

This caller has called almost every day over the last month. When I answer, they hangup immediatly, if I dont answer, no messages. I plan to sue president bush over this as well as congress and North Korea.
