Sorry to be unclear. I called BCBS of CFL directly and was told by them that they had no record of calling me. I didn't call back the 800 number that called me.

I got this call as well. BCBS has not ever called me before nor have they ever accepted visa mastercard. This number is not listed on the BCBSFL website either.
I called and was told that they have no record of contacting me and do not take visa and mc.
If you get a call call BCBS directly.

Blue Cross Blue Shield, wanting to ask about my policy. I thought it was strange that they needed to verify my account since they were calling me. They asked me to provide my address and birth date. I imediately refused.
