Got a call from this number on my caller ID and did some research on this number.  Found out it was someone trying to solicit education/schooling.  I promptly called them back and when the phone answered it played some classical music for about 7 seconds when a person answered.  He had an accent (but of course) and he asked for my name and number.  I firmly said: "I will give you my number and want you to take me off your calling list" he then replied: "What is your number"  I proceeded with giving him my number and he repeated the number I gave him.  Before he had any chance to reply after he dictated my number back to me all I said was " Thank You Good-bye" and hung up.
