Called regarding a dept. Made arragement and they still keep calling. They call my cell phone and then my house phone back to back at least 8 times a day!

Scott Lowery calls with robo calling leaving a recorded message with music to hold the line for an important message. After two minutes it disconnects. This happens everyday at least 6 times. I have NO reason for this call. They refuse to stop.This is harassment of an innocent party. Isn't this predatory collections practices anyway?

Called, looking for what could possibly be my ex......weren't they shocked when I said I had divorced said scumbag 22 years ago LOL

Continuous calls left for Mary Beth Clark - no one here by that name, never has been, do not know anyone by that name.

Called and left a message for me with my maiden name and I have been married over 14 years! If it was something from way back then, which I doubt, the statute of limitations would be up and non-collectable. If this really is an attorney office-shouldn't they know that?

Got an automated call from the Scott Lowrey Law Firm attempting to collect a debt - from my mother in law - who doesn't live here.

It's an interesting pressure tactic - bug the rest of your family until you pay up - I hope these people rot somewhere not very nice haha

I recieved a call from them last night at 7:30pm (EST).  They were looking for someone else. I called them this morning and they said my number was on a list of people to call. I asked where this list came from and they said it was computer generated. I told them he doesn't live here and to never call my house again.
Still waiting to see if they call back. If they do, it will not be pretty.

Got a call from a rude dude saying he's looking for Steven Chiu. I said I didn't know him, he then kept on saying, "you reported this number to be under Steven Chiu 6 months ago"; " uh what, no never". then he HUNG UP. I should've been the one who hung up first! I was too slow!

Received a message on my answering machine this Friday at 11:14 am from a fast talking woman identifying herself as "Katie" from The Scott Lowrey Attorney Office.  Said she needs to hear from me as soon as I get the message.  I don't know anyone a dime so I'm sure they are looking for someone else and some way tied me to them. Or it could be a scam. In any event, I don't plan to return the call. I am going to report the call to the Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission.  They handle fools like this!

I keep getting calls at about 8:30 every morning, and keeps waking me up. I work all night and I'm getting sick of getting woken up. If this has been going on for this long. Someone needs to do a search were this phone calls are coming from and shove the whole phone up their @$$.

Left a message on my machine asking me to call back X2918 for Patrick.  When called Patrick said it was about one of my relatives.  I have 12 relatives with the same name.  The Patrick gave his city & said I was on a list with 3 other people to contact my relative.  I replied he's in the phone book (he is).  When I was asked Patrick why he only would say it's a personal matter.  After a few more times around without either of us revealing anything, Patrick hung up.

Called me at work and left vague messages. Idiotic receptionist. They have no idea what is going on and act like you want to talk to them for some reason.

they have been calling my cell for more than TWO (2) years for jessica jones.  I have threatened legal action, cussed, hung up, complained to supervisors, etc. and they STILL KEEP CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They said it was a personal matter and when I questioned further they said it was regarding a business account. They are obviously CONFUSED (translate: stupid).

Calls every day - it is a recorded message for someone of a similar family name - but not mine. We have reported them to the Do Not Call registry.

I am getting calls from a debt collector CRS they are calling me and

Allan Troup called asking for someone that does not live here and never did. He refused to tell me who he represented, other than himself, but wanted to know who he was talking to. Abusive little twit said 'Are you ashamed of who you are?' for not telling him my name. He was repeatedly told not to call again to which he responded that he would continue to call whenever he wanted. He hung up as I told him not to call again for the fifth time.

Call from Scott Lowery Law Office, on August 25, 2009, asking for a family member by name. The gentleman was curt with me and sharp in his replies to my questions. He was rude and slammed the phone down near the end of our conversation.

The calls I get are calls looking for someone else.
