It was GE Money Bank for Walmart credit card Fraud department calling to verify a double transaction.

It was from GE Money Bank for Wal-Mart credit card purchases made recently. I called Wal-Mart customer service at 1 877 294-7880, spoke with a person who then connected me to the fraud department who explained why they called. All is OK.
