Call from MEDCO: To stupid to not put their caller ID on the phone so everyone knows.  Two recent MEDCO problems for me.  They are unable to obtain an expired perscription and send medications timely even when their website asks for approval to do just that.  You could die waiting for their system to get you your pills unless it's a new perscription.  Come on OPEN SEASON.  Don't call the MEDCO SCRIPT line...you can't get a person. You have to go through GEHA and ask to speak with someone at the MEDCO location.  Maybe I have the wrong idea, paying for a Health Provider and expecting Customer Service.

Their automated phone system does have a way of talking to a representative, I talk to them all the time on this number. You just have to reply to each prompt with the word "Representative" and you will get a live person after two prompts.

It really is Medco Health. They are my Rx mail order service and they do call to verify addresses when they mail out new scripts. They must have had a new script for someone and had an incorrect phone # or something on the new patient, but I have had them for years and this is a genuine phone # for Medco.

Been a Medco client for nearly 12 years. Recently their number showed up as Varolli. on my ID.

I AGREE WITH EVERYTHING YOU WROTE AND MORE!  Their service reps are untrained and misinformed in all areas. THEY have cause me such headaches over their mistakes! and misinformation.
There delivery process is awful and dangerous due to the fact that one's meds are sent by mail
in plastic bags that ANYONE can tell its full of pills! I wanted medco to box my meds up for more
visual security  but no!
GOD KNOWS WHAT COUNTRY IS REALLY FILLING OUR MEDS OR RATHER SUPPLYING  THE CHEMICALS TO MAKE OUR MEDS!

I didn't answer.  But, it was probably MEDCO HEALTH again for the fifth time in ten days calling for a address confirmation.  For being a medicine supply business, they seem to be as dumb as a box of rocks.  I have told them time and time again that I have a Post Office box for dry or non-temperature sensitive medications sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS).  My physical address is for insulin and other temperature medicine that must be sent overnight cooled or otherwise must be delivered quickly through United Parcel Service (UPS) or other like service.  Apparently, MEDCO HEALTH cannot keep two addresses for the same customer on file and make a logical decision as to which address to use based on the medicine being sent.  It's so simple a caveman can understand it.  ONLY temperature sensitive medicine or supplies should be sent to my physical address.  ALL other medicine should be sent to my Post Office box.  Yes, I do have a small mailbox at my driveway entrance.  But, when the dumbasses at MEDCO HEALTH send diabetic glucometer sticks to that address by USPS they simply are destroyed in that little oven on a stick by the daytime Texas heat before they can be retrieved.  I am amazed at how such a large business as MEDCO HEALTH can be either so ignorant to this delivery problem or just plain insensitive and therefore unwilling to accept a reasonable solution to the problem.  It truly boggles the mind.  And, these are the folks who say we are supposed to trust with filling our prescriptions properly and accurately when they have such a disconnect with ability to safely and securely deliver the medicine?  My company's health policy requires that I use MEDCO for long term medicine.  I'd rather use my local Walgreen's pharmacy.  But, MEDCO sends me letters stating that my company policy says I must use them and that there will be a considerable price increase if I use Walgreen's again.  That is utter blackmail and shouldn't be tolerated.  MEDCO HEALTH is the origin of most of my daily stress.

Medco has a automated system that keep calling my phone number for someone else that does not and never had lived here..

I just looked them up on the Internet and sent a nasty email telling them to cease and desist calling my number with threat of small claims action if they continue.

There automated system have no way like other companies use to press a number to get a live operator so that you can tell them they have the wrong number.

I am disabled with heart problem and sleep during the day and these automated phone calls are *%$#*((

Got several calls, six in all. Mostly automated. All identified company verbally, as "Medco Health" and stated that a prescription for the parents of some child surnamed "Sosa" was ready and they called for some odd confirmation, however, the caller I.D. kept coming up "No Name." After sixth call, I called back and curiously, the woman whom incessantly kept apologizing for what I assumed was a simple of automated wrong number syndrome, asked for my name, which state I was in, and other similar non-relevant to our matter info, but potentially relevant in gathering intelligence info, in a manner so smooth, it would make a veteran P.I. blush. I recently was harassed by SMC, yeah, the Tom Bosley endorsed company for over two weeks, but never answered. Just one of those things that makes me go---hmm...
