Yep -- same as above. I put in a ticket through Chase Bank Online to help take care of something and they called me back a couple of hours later from this number.

Chase Bank calling to investigate an issue I had opened a ticket about via the online site. First time they called they called me way too early (they're in CST, I'm in PST) and second time they called they finally left a voice mail so I figured out who it was.

Caller ID says BANC 1 SWITCHBOARD, but it is Chase Bank calling to research details of an online banking problem about which I had written them through my online banking, so I know that it's legit.
