My minor child is receiving texts from this number soliciting sex. This is the 2nd one in the last week. I tried to opt out but don't know if it will stop or not. If it does not, I will have to see what action I can take.

I've been getting text messages from this number on two of my phones and I haven't asked or want for these text messages to be sent to me and want them stopped.

I got the spam too but dont see why people are complaining about something they can stop. You can easily block calls/texts with your phone company. It's not a person sending the texts,  it's a spam bot....

I see I'm not the only one getting these msg.s. I never called their hotline so i have no idea how they got my number. I personally blocked the number from my phone so I stopes getting them. I think this has to be reported to the police it is unacceptable that these messages are going around. These messages are too offensive and disgusting to continue. I hope someone finds out who's behind it and stops it!!!!

Our 16 year old son has been receiving unwanted sex texts from this number. We tried calling the number from his phone to let them know they are texting a minor, but only got a recording and were unable to reach a person. Got both the 800 number and the 818-963-1270 number that the texts originate from blocked from his phone by Verizon, but worried they will still call from one of the many other phone numbers they have. Seems to be no way to stop this illegal activity. It's disgusting. After this, will probably call the police to have them start an investigation.

I'm stuck in the same boat as all of you and I had done exactly for mrtons had done. Misdialled a conference number and hit their screwed up sex line. I've been getting the annoying texts from different numbers each time ever since. Here are the numbers I'm getting the texts from

My 14 year old daughter accidentally called 800... rather than 866... She heard some pron talk and hung up immediately.  She has now been getting porn text from these people.  every couple days.  No credit card or any information provided.

Here is the latest text message she received - again to a 14 year old girl.  The below message is exactly how they texted it.  It says it came from (818) 261-5031.

To whom it may concern....this phone # is my daughter's for emergencys only... text from this # have been coming repetedly daily,since January of this year....I have contacted my family Attorney. Please be a respectable human and stop these sick texts that my innocent child has been subjected too!!

Any luck with the Lawyer?  I just received the text.  It was sent from (323)666-9388 asking to call (800)999-2428.  Hope this info helps.

got a phone call from 800-999-2428,and they said bad and scary things they left on my cell phone,and asking for money ,they will not stop calling,they need to stop this,they are scarying peaple.they should be reported to the ftc and police.

Message is a text from 312-666-4475 requesting for me to call 800-999-2428 (sex line?)...generally get these texts requests every few days....

Called a number for support (an 800) but dialed 866 by accident and got these jerks.  They txt and call me non-stop now.  Filed several complaints, still getting them.
