stop calls from collections agency for m y son who does not live with me

Called my cell phone number for information on a neighbors son.  I don't like that they got my number in the first place, and were asking about someone else.  They didn't even know who the number belonged to, but they knew the address was close to this guy.  Doesn't seem right.

was calling for information on a neighbor wanted to know where they worked. i dont even know this neighbor.

called my neighbor trying to get my unlisted phone number my neighbor called and gave us his phone number called his phone was looking information on my son wanted to know his phone number, if  he working. told him have no contact with him and  did not like him calling neighbors for information.

I received a phone call at my work from this number 801-236-7589, about a former employee.  He was VERY rude and I was very stern with him letting him know that I was not going to give any information about employees out to strangers.  I am the manager and he tried to go over my head to other people to find out information.  Whom ever this person is, they need to get a life, or a new way to take collections.

Received a call from NAR with caller-id 801-236-7589.  Looking for Anesha B.  Would not give any details about why but I have been harrassed for about two years now by various callers at various phone numbers all trying to get in touch with.  Many have said they were going to sue if she did not pay immediately.  I have referred many of the calls to corporate counsel for my company...the calls keep coming.  My presumption is that it all originated from a payday check loan she took a couple of years ago...the info got hacked and it keeps recycling.  My phone number was used as a reference phone number when the original transaction was done so they stole my number.

This Brett Hawkins called me asking all sorts of questions about my brother-in-law.  He was very invasive, wanting details about his work and living situation. He asked me for his phone number and I told him I didn't have it at the time.  So he asked me to call him back and give it to him.  I was pretty upset that he even called me to get info about my brother-in-law.  Why would I call him back??

Caller said he was Brett Tomkins. Wouldn't give any other information. I called the numberback and he answered "this is Brent". Collection agent I would assume.

Called asking for information about one of my neighbors, wanted to get a street address. Told him I don't give out information like that to strangers on the phone, and he said, " Fine, I don't have to talk to you. "
Weird people that call me to bug me really bug me.

I'm questioning wheather this is or is not a legitimate bill collection agency.  As I was told Brett, but the answering service refers to himself as Brent. After the first call I made arrangements to pay the bill, how ever due to some simple name changes he said he could not except my payments i called back to use a different card, and he claims my acct. was suddenly sent to a lawyer...... How can i tell if this is an accredited collection agency??

I received a post-it note stuck to my front door this evening with this number and a name, Brett Hawkins. Did he really come to my home? He also left a message on my machine stating that no one other than myself was to listen to the message and to make sure no one else was around or listening. Said it was to collect a debt.

Received a call asking if I knew a person in my neighborhood.  I am on the Do Not Call List! This is the second unwelcomed call I have received today.  The other number was 877-740-1113.

Got a call from this company asking for information about a relative.  When I asked "who they were" would only say his name was Brett and it was a "business" call.  Would not identify what company he was with.  ANY "legitimate dealing" company will be more than happy to give you this information.

Called my business and asked about an individual. Not at my business, but lots of businesses share the building. Seems to be a  skip tracer/collection call. Called back and it was answered "Brent" and the UTAH number is a landline that is unlisted by public records.
