I got a very evasive guy from this number, he kept trying to get my personal information and that I maybe owed money, but he wouldn't say to who or for what. I called back at Night and got a Gate Stone but that named didn't turn up anything on a google search.

I have gotten several calls from this number over the last couple of days on both my home phone and my cell but never a message, its somewhere in Utah and when I call it back i get a voicemail with the name matt cole.  
Anyone know who this is?
