Brock,

I paid you $1,000. for your Creative Juice program to get it started as you said I needed to pay up front money before I could get any business.  I never was able to get a merchant account, so would you please refund my money.

Thanks,'

I ordered a Google CD on-line to teach you how to make money on the internet. I never opened the CD when it came and cancelled. It advertised the cost of $1.97. Then the following months we saw various charges. The only number that I got through to is 1-800-200-5473 and spoke with Rea. Tell them you want to cancel, just in case your bank needs to reference it. Don't waste your time asking for a refund from them. The woman who answers the phone is only a pawn for the scammer. This is a 3rd party call center so don't waste much time here. Best recommendation is to call your bank. Ask for the Fraud Department and identify the charges to your bank that you have found erroneously on your statement. The bank will have you cut up your credit card and will make sure no more charges take place on your account and will also refund your money the following month. Also the bank will start an investigation. So far I found charges as follows under these different names:
GOOGLECHEST...$72.21
A1 MEMBER 866-200-5472...$24.87
SAFELOCK ID 877-5836011 UT...$38.84
SEARCHCHEST 888-247-9239...$72.21
POWERSALE 877-244-1121...$24.87
WEBTRAINING 877-718-67 ...$72.21
GRANTFINDER...$24.87

Hope this helps.

Call number: 866.879.1266 this is a number for the same company, they will not reverse your charges or grant credit until you fax them your bank statement. Which, I would not since this all is a scam tied to Google Treasure Chest.

Dispute the charge with your Credit Card supplier.

I also got charged from safelock id. They are a scam. I talked to them today at 1-866-879-1266. They told me 7-10 days for a refund. They also cost me $97. in nsf fees which they will not refund to me. They also said that their supervisors do not speak to anyone. that tells me that they are for sure a scam. Watch out for another scam called A-1 member they took 24.87 from me. I got that back within a few days. You have to stay on top of both of them.

Also getting charges to my credit card(s. All seem to be originating from Google Treasure Chest. One of them is Safelock ID, whose current phone number is 877-894-5538. This number is always busy with a message stating that all courier circuits are busy now, you will have to call later. I have called many times. Does anyone have any uptodate information on all of this. I have been hit eight times with bogus charges and have cancelled my creadit cards.

Google Treasure Chest / Blazing Keywords / Safelock ID / A1 Member Scam.

The most efficient and effective way to throw a monkey wrench into this scam machine. (article from http://scam-googletreasurechest.blogspot.com/ )

Steps to Take to Recover Your Money

1. Cancel your credit or debit card--Get a new card with new number! Your financial information has been compromised and you will be getting further debits to that card, If not now then they could come back later when you are unaware. This scam is refining into a form of "Identity theft" as your financial information is being traded to other cohorts without your permission or knowledge.

2. File a fraud charge with your credit card or bank and let them sort it out. They have more muscle to go after this sort of crime. Explain to them about all the consumer complaints that are on the internet and "insist" that they do charge-back or file a fraud charge. Your bank or credit card organization has all the tools necessary to find out where the charges are coming from, what business is involved, addresses and phone numbers connected to the charge and etc. You may not know or have access to this information. The banks and credit card org have all this at their fingertips and are obligated to handle the problem that has resulted.

More info at: http://www.chrismalta.com/scamtip1.asp

3. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Their job is to monitor and go after these types of scams.
http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/cmplanding.shtm

4. File a complaint with your state Attorney General and also with the Attorney General of Utah (where a lot of the phone numbers and addresses seem to be located)

5. Filing a complaint with the BBB is toothless as the scam already is rated with a "F".

6. File complaint at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx This is a place to report internet crime and is a combination gov agency of FBI, White collar Crime and Bureau of Justice Assistance.

7. After you filed with all the above agencies feel free to call any numbers you may possess that are connected to the "unauthorized charges" to try and recover all your money but take their word with a grain of salt. Don't hesitate to let them know what you have done or intend to do as they need to be shown that you mean business! If you succeed in getting your money returned you will have still taken steps to put their scam out of commission.

I woke up one morning all excited because I was getting ready to buy food for a BBQ when I looked at my bank statement online to see a charge of 72.21 taken out that morning! It was from SEARCHCHEST. I contacted them to get my money back, but they said they could not process it that day and to call the next day. I called just now and they said it is already in the system to be credited back to my account within 7-10 business days. I have a feeling I won't see that.  But about ten days ago I noticed a charge on my account from "Safelock ID" for 38.84  I was pissed because on May 28th of this year I had a charge of 24.87 from A1 MEMBER. Surprisingly the A1 Member was credited back to my account within just 3 days (credited back on a Sunday), but I haven't seen a credit from Safelock ID yet. I called them today asking where the money is and he placed me on hold. When he got back he said there was a delay in the request for a refund so it should be credited back by the end of next week. I have a feeling I won't see that either. Unfortunately my debit card that I have is an unemployment debit card and there is nothing the card customer service can do about the charges except for close the account and mail me out a new card. So I may be out a little of $110. I told him of my reasearch on Safelock ID and how people are yet to be credited back. He told me he has never has a problem with Safelock ID crediting the account back, but he used to work for googletree and sometimes they never credit back.  Has any one received a refund from Safelock ID or SEARCHCHEST?

I hae both the 72.21 charge and the 38.84 charges, both twice same day each in May and June. I went to my bank and filed a fraud complaint. I will print this out and also my banks statement to take to them to have them investigate. Never got a call, email nothing. I have no idea who these charges are from.

Hey guys...i also noticed the charge of 38.84 on my account. The phone line of the company is always busy, "for some reason". Dont let this company get away with your money. Contact your Bank and tell them about it...and the will be happy to return the money. Thats what i did...and they told me that they have lots of claims about this company.
Now theres this "Money making from Home thing", for example "google tree" etc. One people sign up, the get charged every money without even knowing for what.
A lot of innocent people have fallen for this by noticing the "Free, just pay shipping and handling of $3.88" part on the advertisement or email, and a few months ago people were signing up for this product and automatically getting enrolled for a product called Safe Lock Id, a identity theft protection, but you do not receive any information about it at all, until you see the charge on your account for $38.84.
So...just contact your bank...and let them know...again...it pisses me off that companies are tricking innocent people...dont let them go away with a cent!

This is very, very surprising, because this same company showed up on my bank statement for no reason. I do not even know who this company is or how they gained access to my account. But, I found a working number for this company should you need to contact them. The number that was on my statement is 866-879-1266. I thought this may help a bit and I will be calling them myself to find out what is going on.
