I  got a call from  them today  and I  obtained  some information on the company. The Company that  this number calls from is obviously bogus. The company name is Global  Pay  Day  Loan the email address is creditcard@payday-loan-yes.com and fax number is 877-470-4939. If you  google Global  Pay  Day  Loan  The BBB will provide you  the street  address. they  will tell  that they  have no  physical  address(yeah  right) . Ladies and Gentlemen:

Your worries are over.  These yahoos just made the mistake of calling me.  I happen to work for the federal government and had satellite operations on them from the beginning of the call.  Was able to trace  them to their exact location and had the authorities bust the door.  This is not to say it won't happen again, but it sure won't be from this group of ***holes.

By the way, get caller ID on your phones, it is a cheap way to get  them to stop calling, especially for the peace of mind it allows you to have.For the lady that has to have her phone for an emergency it is possible to have a second line accessed to your phone for that purpose.  Talk to your phone carrier about another line for emergency purposes only.  They should be able to set you up with that.

One of our employees keeps getting calls from these jokers.  The number and name of their "institution" changes from time to time.  Today it was "First National".  Earlier this week it was "Northway".  Before that, something else.  Today's caller had a slight accent I could not place.  Usually they are Indian... a few weeks ago it was a woman who said her name was "Roger", har.  A real waste of time dealing with this.

They called my work.  Asked for me.  I told him "my name" no longer worked for the company.   The man replied with threats blah blah blah and so on.  Then said that "my name" better not work for the company for my sake.  I am the admin over our phone systems so I just blocked his number.  If he calls again he will be automatically disconnected and if he tries to block his number he will be disconnected :)  They have to run out of phone lines eventually :)

These people are crazy!!! Been harassing me and my work place for weeks! Get on the National Do Not call list.  Google it - you can put up to 3 numbers in there.  Next time I will answer and tell them where to put their phone calls!!!

This number called me this morning claiming that he was from a collection agency and that i owed paydayloanyes from July 2011. I told them that I knew it was a scam and that Iwill report them.

These people call EVERY day and ask for one of my employees. I explain to them that she is not authorized to take calls at work and they are calling my business cell phone. They call me a liar and refer to me by the employees name. I have repeatly asked them to cease the calling but they refuse. Today I told the caller, I was recording the conversation and he said GREAT! They had a signed contract that stated they could call this number. They dont have My signature!

this person is call my job and old position i had over 7 years ago trying to get in contact with me.  I know longer have that job but the person who does is tired of him calling during business hour.  how do i stop this man from doing this?  It was a payday loan for probably 300.00

They hooked my SO in by their nefarious business practices.  Until they provide us with a physical address where all communication can be sent Certified Mail, he isn't paying anything.  They deposited $ into his account WITHOUT his permission, a contract, an agreement, hell, even without so much as a telephone call!  Crooks!  We lucked out in that he closed his account immediately, per instructions by the bank and an Illinois consumer watchdog.  They continue to email and call daily; however, our attorney has instructed us to ignore any further attempts by them, to contact us, until further notice.  THAT should tick 'em off...thieving creeps.

Close and and ALL accounts they have access to.  It may be a pain in the butt; however, it will save you $ down the road.  Once your accounts are closed, REPORT THEM TO YOUR STATE AG AND THE FTC!  Good luck.

I have been trying since mid-December 2011, to get a physical address, to no avail.  We live in Illinois and the Illinois authorities would just LOVE to get ahold of these people.  They deposited money in my SO's account in December without his verification, authorization, agreement, or having spoken to a real person.  We have withheld payment, per our attorney, and we will continue to do so until a physical address is provided.  My reasoning is my SO will ONLY send payments to an address which can accept and sign for a Certified letter.  These nevarious b*****ds are illegal as all get out.  I know they aren't licensed in Illinois.  Anyone can find that information out by calling their state AG's office.

Report that incident IMMEDIATELY!  That kind of behavior is in complete violation of not only state law, but FEDERAL law also.!  Good luck!

They are calling me every hour on the hour, and I just let it go through.  I had pay day loans through them, and they were taking money every single week out of my husbands account and only twice a month with mine.  I thought that was outrageous.  I will not pay them anymore as they took an astronomical amount from us already.  Let them take me to court so they can explain why they are wiping me out of my hard-earned money and explain how they can take money every week from my husband and twice a month from me.  They should be very scared, not me.  The comments here are astounding from this company.

I would refuse to pay ANYTHING unless they provide you with a PHYSICAL address, NOT a PO Box number.  In the meantime, call your state Consumer Protection office and tell them what is going on.  Find out if these people are even licensed in your state.  Another thing, make THEM show proof of debt.  Good luck!

Keep an ongoing record of dates, times, names, threats, etc.  You can sue for, I believe, $5000.00 per incident.  A paper trail is a MUST.  We have been asking for three weeks now for a PHYSICAL address where we might send payment.  They have never provided one.  Also, the boyfriend has told them to talk with me, they refuse.  He is a 100% disabled Vet and prefers to let me take care of such things.  Good luck!

The number originates in Utah.  I COULD be wrong, but I think it is an attempt to collect a debt not owed.  Let me rephrase, the debt owed is $290.00.  At last communication, earlier this week, they are saying it is over $600.  This is more than likely connected to Payday-Loan-Yes.  An online money shark who desposited funds into the boyfriends account without him speaking w/anyone, signing any papers, or agreeing to any terms.  That, along with the fact they are not licensed in Illinois, has made for a sticky situation...for them.  IF this is NOT Payday-Loans-Yes, my apologies, but I do believe it is.

They continue to call a business looking for someone that is no longer with the company, plus they continue to call and hang up when I answer now......

This is a SCAM.  Don't let anyone harrass you or tell you that consumer law does not protect you.  Call the FTC and report these people.
