this is Advanta.com a credit card company.

Never leave a message with me.  Even after I talked with these people (barely understood his accent) they call back every day 3 or 4 times a day.

I also recieved a call from this number. It is Advanta, trying to collect a debt. I don't want to speak to an outsourced person. They are rude and hard to understand. I will not answer this number again.

I don't speak indian or another foriegn language. I have mastered English however. Have an american call me and I'll be able to talk with you.

We dont speak to anyone overseas concerning anything to do with credit or other finannical matters. If these banks and other compaines want to use tax payer dollars to bail them out od there mess - then bring the jobs back home to the US.

Like you all have previously said, this number calls about 8:30-9:00 a.m.  Caller ID shows Event Banc Corp. but no one is there when you answer.  Then my cell phone rings immediately after and shows a number of (248) 650-2844.  Again, no one is there when you answer, or sometimes a recording saying to hold the line.  IF this is Advanta, they need to go away.  Is there anything anyone can do to make them stop??? Or is writing this here just a waste of my time, and anyone else who reads this???  BTW (By The Way)..... If you read this Advanta.......the nunya is: Nunya Business..... As in "NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS"-----So GO AWAY and QUIT bothering people you CROOKS!!!

This number has been calling me everyday for the past month several times a day. It is Advanta Business I don't have a credit card with Advanta nor do I have a business. Like others I have stopped answering. I have all my numbers including cell numbers on the do not call list for quite some time. These people are relentless and I believe the next best thing is to disconnect my phone entirely and to resort to other means of communication.  Very angry and annoyed.

Called twice back to back at my work number caller hangs up after answering the phone happened @ 8:30am on the dot. Called back to ask to be removed from their list their offices open 8:30 mountian time.

They just started calling my cell phone #. I don't have any credit cards from Advanta, and I've only had this cell phone for just under a year and none of my creditors has this phone number....How did they get my number and why don't they leave a message.

Called the same time in the morning two days in a row asking for Paul Cordova. He was told he had the wrong number.

Ihave recievedtwocalls from this number and no one is on the other end.

As of 2/6/2009, it appears to be a call center in India. In my case, we were overdue on an Advanta business credit card by 2 days, and the second phone call, someone actually spoke.

These losers keep calling me from this and another number.  I do not now, nor have I ever had a card with Advanta, as they are notorious for their shady dealings with consumers.

They are still calling.  I asked to speak to sup...of course they refused.  I again stated there is no Tom (whatever the last name) or the
Auto company they are trying to get.  Drone agent said they would make a note of it...just like the last billion times.  I hate drones.  I go through the same call sequence but they are like robots...unable to respond to anything that is not scripted for them....they have called at least 10 to 12 times since the last post.  My phone is being raped by Advanta collections and it won't stop!!!  I never really heard of Advanta until this crap started...makes me want to do business with them...

Calls about 4 times a day asking for some name the end user can't pronounce. They are not an english speaker.  I tell them they have the wrong number, (reading from a script they state my call can be monitored for "quality purposes" and state my number, ask if that's what they dialed, then ask if I'm Automitive Investments or some business name like that, which I am not.
Tell them again they have the wrong number and this is a private number not a business.  They say sorry and hang up...about an hour or so goes by and it starts all over again...nothing I say will get through to them because they are Indian drones reading a script with no real knowledge of the English language...they are just paid to annoy companies/people defaulting on payments...unfortunately, they have my number....not the people they are set out to annoy....

Just got another call from these guys. Ignored it. How do we get them to stop calling? Any ideas? I dont have an account with this group, nor have I ever. And, I am certainly NOT Cameron Diaz, as they asked for yesterday.

(801) 523-2900 - Just received a call from this number on my cell phone. After repeating "Hello?", I received someone with an east Indian accent asking for Cameron Diaz.

My caller-id says it's "EVENT BANC CORP"... any ideas on how to stop them from calling?
